It is a very spacious apartment, with enough beds for a large family. The amenities of the complex are very good. The pool is huge, the beach is a few meters away, and we have a restaurant, gym, and mini supermarket. Excellent for relaxing and having a good time with family. They have a team cleaning the beach of sargassum. We had a lot of it, but it helps that they control it daily. It is a bit far from 5th avenue, but the walk feels safe, and it's all paved with a wide sidewalk.

The location of the apartment is amazing… and the host, Paty, was always super attentive and helpful to us. There were 11 of us, and the place felt spacious. I highly recommend it. One really important thing is that they clean the beach every morning to keep it free of seaweed so you can enjoy an incredible beach ✨ The pools are clean and spacious 🙌

Great overall place to stay. We were a family of 5 people traveling and this was the perfect place for our size, budget, and amenities close to everything. We had some issues with the AC but received prompt attention to it. The two restaurants were also nice to have onsite. Some things at the home were a bit old but otherwise still functional.

The condo was extremely spacious and comfortable. The resort is large with great amenities like a spa, gym, mini-mart, large pool, great beach-front and 2 restaurants. It is conveniently located within a 10 minute drive to central Playa Del Carmen where you will many, many stores, bars, and restaurants. We had a car and getting around Playa Del Carmen and its surrounding areas was extremely easy. The host and property manager were attentive and responsive, and truly did everything necessary to ensure we enjoyed our time there. We had a few hiccups during our stay with lights not working and the AC but Paty the property manager quickly resolved these issues for us. During our stay there was some work being undertaken to improve the grounds and property, e.g. painting, facade repairs, tiling, etc. It is an older property and this work as it continues will help update and refresh it for owners and guests. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the property

Thanks for everything, it was a spectacular stay. If you're going as a family, I highly recommend this place. Close to 5th Avenue, beach and pools.

The condo was clean, modern and comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. It was a pleasure to swim in the huge pool with plenty of space for families yet there were areas that were more quiet and peaceful. Also, there is a large, sandy beach. There were plenty of chairs available on the beach. Not so many around the pool.

There's not much to say, everything was perfect, a beautiful place, I would definitely recommend it and if I return to Playa del Carmen it would be right there

Condo was beautiful and so spacious. It was beautiful has plenty of silverware dishes and cups. Restaurant on site was also delicious! I would definitely recommend staying at Pilar place. It was 9 of us and we fit comfortably, AC worked great and plenty hot water. Beautiful Airbnb and host was very responsive. If you are thinking of booking just do it.
