The house had plenty of space for our group of 8 - enough beds and also bathrooms. Drinking water supply was provided and plenty of toiletries and towels. Hammocks and outside chairs were greatly enjoyed after long days out exploring San Ignacio and the area. As noted by others, the house is up a steep hill, so that should be noted for those driving or those who plan to walk to nearby restaurants or shops at the bottom of the hill. Being across from Cahal Pech was a bonus for us to explore and enjoy an unrestored Mayan ruin.

It was the perfect home for our family getaway and comfortably accommodated all nine of us. The breathtaking views, comfortable surroundings, and relaxing atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable.

The space was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The host was friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. Communication was clear and timely, and they provided recommendations. The location was convenient while still feeling peaceful and private. It struck a great balance between accessibility and comfort. Overall, this was a great experience!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Mr. Hilberto’s Airbnb. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to enjoy your pristine home and the beautiful view overlooking the town below. Waking up to that scenery each day made the experience even more special. The location was fantastic—central to everything while still peaceful enough to truly relax and enjoy the tranquility of a vacation. Just two hills away is the Maya ruin of Cahal Pech, which made exploring the area even more exciting. The host was very attentive to our needs and extremely informative about the area. We truly appreciated the hospitality from Ms. Nelita and Mr. Roberto, who helped make our stay comfortable and memorable. Thank you again for hosting our family. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a wonderful stay at Hilberto’s Place. Our host, Ms Nelita made our stay super special and fun. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for our short trip. The space is spacious and was able to accommodate our big family including very young children. We will definitely return and stay for longer at this location. Super grateful!

Absolutely wonderful place ! We stayed with 6 people and there was more than enough space. The hammocks on the deck at night after a long day of excursions was amazing! I highly recommend this place. So comfortable, clean & in a great location. Close to shopping and food but not loud. Host was responsive to any questions we had and made sure we had everything we needed!

Hilbertos home was clean, in a great location, and exactly as the pictures portrayed it! Definitely recommend staying here if you want to be in town, and close to several attractions.

The host was extremely responsive and helpful. The property is close to resorts for use of their pool and restaurants. Cahal Pech ruins is across the street and a must see! Several good restaurants within walking distance. The large upper deck is perfect for sipping coffee in the morning, taking a nap in the hammocks, and bird watching. Very quiet neighborhood.

Great comfy place with a great view of San Ignacio from up the hill. Great room for kids upstairs with three separate beds. Place is exactly as described. Highly recommend
