Pictures do not do justice for this place. It’s a quite new and modern place. The living area is very clean. Bed is comfortable. There is also an open air kitchen area on the second floor and it’s quite comfortable to chill during day and night. We loved the dog Diva’s company. He is such a sweetheart. He waited at the gate for us to arrive, then after checking in, he showed us the town and different restaurants, and protected us during our night walk. In the morning he joined my husband for the beach walk. He was such a great local guide! The beach is one of the many great ones we have visited. It’s fit for snorkeling that we have heard. There’s a cool restaurant at the beach where you will enjoy the very good Italian dishes.

Super recommended, Mau is an amazing host, he always gave us excellent recommendations and the place is very clean and super close to a pulpería, restaurants and beaches. A great place to walk with pets.

Wonderful beautiful place. Super super clean. Excellent amenities. Dayana and Mauricio were very friendly and helpful. And their dog Bila is a big sweetheart! Sat on our feet and leaned on us immediately. 5-10 min walk to San Juanilla beach. Nice swimming, fabulous sunsets and excellent food at Cocobolo. Also ate at another restaurant just down the road, also very good. A little noise from being on the main road but really not bad. Beware of the dogs next door. One of them bit a passerby, not sure what happened. We did not have any problems with them. Anyway, if you’re afraid of dogs, Costa Rica is not for you! They are everywhere.

We stayed 2 nights in Dayana's apartment. The truth is that we were very comfortable, the place is super close to San Juanillo beach and the restaurants. Next door there is a small supermarket in case you need anything. The apartment is very well furnished, very clean and with all the amenities. Dayana was very kind. She welcomed us and explained what we could do in the area (activities and restaurants). Mauricio also offers surf lessons that we will definitely do next time when we have more days available! We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is great, very modern and with everything you need. The outdoor kitchen also has seating to spend time there. Right next door is a small supermarket with everything you need. Within walking distance there are a handful of restaurants to go to if you don't feel like cooking. The beaches are also within walking distance, or you can drive 3 minutes by car if you are lazy or have more luggage with you. I was able to snorkel there for a few days, it was varied and a lot of fun.

I can’t say enough about Dayana and this place! Wow! The pictures are beautiful but it is incredible in person! The outdoor kitchen and covered deck was such a nice place to unwind and wake up to. The apartment was very clean, bright and they had the AC on for us when we got there. They’ve really made all the special touches that are so nice to walk into when you’re travelling. Dayana gave us all the details for the area and her husband Mauricio offered to give us surf lessons! Bonus - I got to see the adorable howler mo keys right across the street…a whole family including tiny little babies. What a special gem of a place, highly recommended!
