5BR Villa in Tulum

Kenneth

Excellent, 3 months ago

Everything was great but we have one stain on bed when we arrive to the house but it was fix pretty quick but the house is not near the city so everywhere is literally 20+ min away but the house a good looking and And great the host help me a lot upon the place and rides and they are very responsive

Amazing villa and perfect for groups; we all loved the place. The space is super spacious, the living room is very comfortable, and we all fit in perfectly. The pool was perfect because it gets the right amount of sun, but it also provided shade. The barbecue was a huge bonus that we were able to take advantage of. It's less than a 10-minute drive from La Veleta, where there are plenty of very nice restaurants and bars. I was in contact with the host, and he was super helpful and kind at all times. We would definitely stay here again.

My sisters and I had a wonderful stay—we didn’t want to leave! Mila was so helpful with arranging transportation and extra services, which made everything super easy. Rosa was amazing too—she let us check in early, helped us get settled, and even went to the store to grab us snacks. We had a couple of small issues (shower drainage and WiFi after a storm), but they responded quickly and resolved everything right away. Their hospitality and responsiveness really made our trip extra special. Highly recommend this place!

I was very optimistic about this visit as the host was very responsive leading up to the trip. Where the property is located is very desolate and full of trash besides the house. While it states it can hold 15 people, 8 of us struggled to fit. There are only 5 bedrooms. The one inflatable bed did not have any sheets nor covers until I reached out and requested them. The house has tons of bugs and animals around it. If you want to use the jacuzzi, you have to call 2 hours ahead of time for someone to come out and turn it on, which is not convenient. In addition, no wash clothes were provided at all. Because the pool and the jacuzzi do not have nets over them, they get dirty easily with bugs and ants. The house smells of mold and mildew. I felt mislead by the pictures. The house is not being kept properly. The bathroom mirrors were covered in black spots. I would not recommend this location to anyone. In fact, the adjacent house, is covered in graffiti. The house's location is poor.

Casa Cenote Lola is a gorgeous home. The exterior and interior design is unique. It was very spacious, yet cozy. Natural sunlight beamed through every corner of the house. The beds were exceptional. I loved the big dining table and kitchen space. It made it easy for everyone to come together. We also felt safe. There is AC in every room and two in the main living area. During the peak sunny hours the living room did get a little hot despite the AC being on, but it wasn’t a big deal. The bathrooms are beautiful and equipped with the basic necessities. The water pressure for the rain showers were a little weak, but it still got the job done! We had no electricity, water, or construction noise issues. This stay was for my bachelorette party of 10 ladies. Mila and Rosalba took such good care of us. Mila provided recommendations for activities/services and booked reservations. Rosalba helped with grocery runs and any requests throughout our stay. We had an AMAZING time! Thank you!
