Riviera Maya House

Everything was great but we have one stain on bed when we arrive to the house but it was fix pretty quick but the house is not near the city so everywhere is literally 20+ min away but the house a good looking and And great the host help me a lot upon the place and rides and they are very responsive

Amazing villa and perfect for groups; we all loved the place. The space is super spacious, the living room is very comfortable, and we all fit in perfectly. The pool was perfect because it gets the right amount of sun, but it also provided shade. The barbecue was a huge bonus that we were able to take advantage of. It's less than a 10-minute drive from La Veleta, where there are plenty of very nice restaurants and bars. I was in contact with the host, and he was super helpful and kind at all times. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home. Airbnb host was very responsive and helpful. Their concierge serve was very helpful in booking reservations and suggesting activities.

My sisters and I had a wonderful stay—we didn’t want to leave! Mila was so helpful with arranging transportation and extra services, which made everything super easy. Rosa was amazing too—she let us check in early, helped us get settled, and even went to the store to grab us snacks. We had a couple of small issues (shower drainage and WiFi after a storm), but they responded quickly and resolved everything right away. Their hospitality and responsiveness really made our trip extra special. Highly recommend this place!

The house is beautiful. Wished it was closer to the beach but Tulum is very worthwhile. The house had everything you need.

Mia and Rosy were amazing to work with! They helped me plan our weekend and it went so smoothly! I was thankful as it took a lot off my plate! Would highly recommend! Also the transport they booked was the sweetest: on time and very prompt in response!

Came to Tulum to celebrate my little sister’s bachelorette and we had the best time. Mila and Rosa were extremely helpful in making the trip a success. Will definitely be booking casa cenote when I return to Tulum!

Casa Cenote Lola is a gorgeous home. The exterior and interior design is unique. It was very spacious, yet cozy. Natural sunlight beamed through every corner of the house. The beds were exceptional. I loved the big dining table and kitchen space. It made it easy for everyone to come together. We also felt safe. There is AC in every room and two in the main living area. During the peak sunny hours the living room did get a little hot despite the AC being on, but it wasn’t a big deal. The bathrooms are beautiful and equipped with the basic necessities. The water pressure for the rain showers were a little weak, but it still got the job done! We had no electricity, water, or construction noise issues. This stay was for my bachelorette party of 10 ladies. Mila and Rosalba took such good care of us. Mila provided recommendations for activities/services and booked reservations. Rosalba helped with grocery runs and any requests throughout our stay. We had an AMAZING time! Thank you!

I appreciated their expertise in planning and coordination. We tried booking the chef service but ultimately decided to eat out- which they were helpful with the switch. They are very clearly amazing at what they do. Thanks for a memorable trip!

Our host Rosalba was very attentive, she provided a solution to a small detail with the light, the place is cozy especially if you go with a lot of family. Everyone was very happy
