Everything was exactly what I expected. Great location, close to the beach and to the city. Everything is new, clean and in the whole place in general is in a great condition. Definitely recommended.

Everything is beautiful and modern. The shaded pool is a big plus. The shared kitchen is super well equipped. The staff takes care of the place during the stay. My only point to mention is that the bed was super firm (hard); otherwise, everything is perfect.

We stay 5 amazing days, the place is amazing, the pool, the common area and the privacy, and as well is close to the beach, you can go walking and also even close to the town, we are counting the days to come back. Lastly Julieta and Jordan were more than welcoming and were super helpful always asking what we need and how to make out stay better, our dogs truly enjoy staying at the house. Thank you and see you soon.

Nice time spent at this place! Although a bit small, the pool was Very welcome, considering the heat of the region. Playa Carmen wasn’t far, the place was well furnished, and there was a supermarket close by.

Such a beautiful place, incredible location near the beach and town. The service was incredible, the condo was very comfortable and the coffee was exceptional! Thank you very much Jordan!

The unit is well located, close to services, and the kitchen is well equipped (coffee included, much appreciated). Paula's service is excellent: she is responsive and caring. Daily room cleaning service was also much appreciated. Note, however, that for us the bed was not comfortable at all — much too firm. It would also be important to clarify that private balconies with chairs and hammock are not included with all units, which can be confusing with regard to the photos. We had a short water outage as well as a power outage (which sometimes seems to happen in Santa Teresa), but services were quickly restored.

Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and helpful, and everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay again.
