We had the absolute best time at this house! We loved everything from the safe and convenient location, to the amount & quality of space and cleanliness, to the all the great gathering spaces! Carolina was incredibly responsive and gave us a lot of useful information to help us enjoy our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

What a lovely Airbnb!!! This home is exactly as pictured and described and the host is spectacular—full of recommendations and quickly responded to any questions we had. A beautiful and peaceful location, well kept property and gorgeous outdoor area where we spent most of our time with various seating areas. Carolina also had many recommendations, including choices for a private chef ; which we arranged for and loved! We will definitely be back again! Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Carolinas! The neighborhood was fantastic, the surrounding restaurants were delicious, and the beach wasn’t crowded and was perfect with kids. The pool was a great temperature and we loved waking up to the Howler monkeys in the mornings. The beds were extremely comfortable. Brenda, the house keeper came by in the middle of the week and cleaned the house and even did our laundry which I greatly appreciated. I would stay at Carolinas house again in a heartbeat.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing time at Carolina’s. Words do not do this villa justice. Impeccable home in a perfectly serene environment. Gated community, new construction, the security guards were extremely helpful. We loved the layout for 2 adults 2 kids, we loved the 4ft freshwater pool, the kitchen had everything you needed for family meals, including extras. There are mini marts less than 3 minutes away, and several really great restaurants for freshly made meals: organic, local, such as Pots and Bowls, Beach Break, Origami Sushi, Onda, Podya Bakery, RipJack, Las Olas Brewery, Coco Loco (!) or just stop at Walmart on your way from the airport. Carolina is very responsive and has lots of tips on what to do and see. Best of all, the beach is 5 minutes away. We are very happy we chose Playa Grande instead of Tamarindo, which was only 20 mins away. You get the cute beachside surf town without the hustle and bustle of the city. We are already looking to book 2026! Best time ever

Our stay in Playa Grande was perfect! Just a few minutes from the beach and sunsets and a local co-market less than 2 minutes away. We enjoyed the use of the pool and so many birds with our morning coffee. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need and the beds were comfortable. Looking forward to coming back.

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, clean, clean. The layout was great for our one and three year-old, no stairs to fall down! The patio and yard with pool was especially great for the kids to play and for us to relax. There are a couple of parks for kids to play a short walk away, and you might even see the monkeys on the way there. Plenty of beaches nearby, although you’ll need a vehicle to get there. The house is in a gated community so you feel very safe and secure, you often see Security driving by to ensure everything is safe. We would stay again!

Amazing just spectacular. The his place has everything and more. We felt right at home. Caro was so nice and helpful. The house was spotless clean with every amenity you can ask for and some that you didn’t. I was amazed that there was a wireless speaker for us to enjoy while we lazily lounge by the pool and outside area. This is definitely one of our new favorite Airbnb to stay at in Costa Rica

We had the most incredible stay at Caro’s beautiful home in Playa Grande! The house itself is spacious, comfortable, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The pool was a definite highlight—absolutely stunning, and the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the area. The location is fantastic too—just a short drive to the beach. Caro was the perfect host. She provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and excursions, which made our trip even more memorable. One of the best moments was when her husband brought us over fresh sea bass—it was incredibly delicious and felt like such a special, personal touch. We were also impressed by how well-maintained everything was. The house was cleaned twice during our stay, and there was someone there almost every day taking care of the yard and pool, keeping everything looking pristine. It really showed how much they care

Our stay was over a month and it was lovely! The house is just as pictured and the grounds are beautiful. I spent every morning with a cup of coffee in one of the hammocks while listening to the sounds of several types of birds (and most times some howler monkeys). The house with comfortable, as were the beds. The layout if great, with lots of private and common areas to use as you wish. Outside, there was some occasional muted sounds of a house being built nearby. This was not constant and wouldn't take away from your holiday. I just wanted to point it out if anyone is sensitive. The host, Caro, was very helpful and was always there to answer questions. She went above and beyond to help with everything. We were familiar to the location, so we knew it's proximity to the beach and other areas. Parking at the beach was always easy. We went down for sunset almost every night. Lots of restaurants in Playa Grande and neighboring areas. We loved the location. Thanks Caro for everything!
