The location and the views were great. Playa Flamingo is a much more laid back beach town compared to Tamarindo. The condo was within walking distance of many great restaurants and Playa Flamingo beach. We did have an issue with our patio door where it wouldn’t lock. Being a party of 4 women it was concerning but Renee was responsive and helped to get a quick fix since the glass company wasn’t able to fix it prior to our arrival. The bedding is in need of updating as the mattresses are not very comfortable, the blankets are thin and only pillow per person. However, the place is very clean and well kept. Would just be nice to have a few upgrades to make the place more comfortable. Overall it was a fine stay.

Listing was exactly as described and shown in the photos. While the furniture could use a few improvements to make it more comfortable for an extended stay, it is clean, well-equipped with everything you need and the location cannot be beat! Renee was friendly, communicative and helpful throughout our stay. 24 hour security guards and friendly neighbors gave us peace of mind and made our month-long stay pleasant. The location is exceptional. Beautiful views, a great breeze off the ocean, shaded private balcony, easy to walk the whole area. Semi-private beach right in front of the condo and a short walk to Flamingo beach make it easy to get around if you don’t have wheels. The WiFi was consistent and made it possible to work from the condo. The TVs are not smart TVs if that matters to you. Overall a fantastic experience and will stay again in the future. Thanks Renee!

Absolutely loved our stay. Renee arrived just as we were working on getting in to the unit and helped us settle in. She also gave us a local contact who was a HUGE help in arranging tours and rental car. Loved the truly “local” restaurant Estero Azul that she recommended. She was also helpful in explaining water issues the municipality had briefly during our stay. The location is private and quiet, but many restaurants, activities and a grocery store in easy walking distance made it easy to enjoy without a rental car. Comfortable space for 4 people, and the semi private beach right behind the unit was a huge bonus. Highly recommend the host and the location!

Renee is an amazing host- very responsive, friendly and proactive. The place is beautiful and the view is absolutely breathtaking. Location is perfect. Walk 2 minutes to the main restaurants and right on the private beach. Highly recommend.

Beautiful , Renee a lady , friendly and polite . The place is beautiful , having a private beach is definitely a plus ... we go very satisfied and we absolutely recommend it... we have to go back .

The property was very comfortable, well equipped and only steps away from a stunning small beach and at walking distance from a local supermarket and a couple of restaurants. Renee showed us the place and was very helpful and friendly.

Place, great location with its private beach. The sea is cold. The sea is cold. It is not a hot temperature. The room does not have soap or shampu. There is no hair dryer or iron. The water leaves at 10pm. I don't know why it was suspended. The place does not have a pool. With an excellent room's theme.

Querido Carlos, Lamento mucho escuchar que no estuvo satisfecho con su alquiler. ¡El océano es parte de la Madre Naturaleza y no siempre es cálido! ¡Lamento que pensaras que estaría a temperatura ambiente! ¡No estoy muy seguro de qué te dio esa impresión! ¡Revise mis comodidades y verá que no se menciona un secador de pelo o una plancha! ¡Tampoco digo que haya piscina! Si es nuevo en el alquiler en AIRBNB, ¡sería mejor si verifica las comodidades completamente antes de hacer su próxima reserva! Proporcionamos jabón para lavar ropa y platos, pero según mi experiencia durante los últimos 20 años como agente de alquiler, la mayoría de las personas tienen una preferencia personal por el champú y el jabón para el baño, ¡así que traen los suyos! Cuando informó el corte de agua, le respondí de inmediato y le expliqué que el administrador del edificio del condominio estaba cerrado a esa hora de la noche (fueron más de las 10 p. m.), por lo que no pude encontrar más detalles. Le informo que podría usar las 3 botellas grandes de agua que proporcionamos en el condominio. ¡Estaban allí para tal emergencia! Aunque no lo solicitó, le di un pequeño reembolso y no informé los daños en la puerta corrediza de vidrio del balcón. Será necesario repararlo, pero no le pido que lo pague debido al problema de agua que experimentó. Entre el reembolso y no cobrar por el daño a la puerta corrediza de vidrio, espero que sienta que fue compensado por el problema del agua de la ciudad. Atentamente

Our stay in Flamingo was excellent. The condo was in a perfect location for us. The beach is secluded and had good snorkeling too. Friendly neighbors and close everything. Renee was fantastically attentive from before we checked in and after.

Great host, perfect location, in the heart of it all but still very private. Proximity to ocean and snorkeling was literally a few steps. Hoping to be back next Christmas! Neighbors where extremely kind and quiet but also extremely nice and social. Also our host Renee was so helpful and very responsive. She connected us with great people too all of whom richened our experiences too
