Jessica was extremely helpful throughout our stay. She set up multiple arrangements - from golf carts to taxi services. She quickly responded to all our questions and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend! The sunset views from the condo will be memories we share for a long time!
Excellent location, short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops! Stunning view over the ocean on one side and amazing view of the Marina and hills on the other. You are up on a pretty steep hill, if you have mobility issues I would recommend a golf cart. Had a couple hiccups with appliances on our stay, host got the issue resolved very quickly even though it was peak season! This is a managed property, you don’t speak directly with the owners but I think that is common around here.
Beautiful condo with fantastic view. Spacious & clean, 5min walk to playa Flamingo and restaurants. Only issues were: 1) condo located at the top of a VERY steep hill which difficult for walking (especially for older people). Would be good to mention this is description. 2) surprisingly missing most of the basic essentials that you find in most Airbnb’s (and hotels) like enough face cloths and hand towels for each guest, extra towels for hair, shampoo and body wash, salt & pepper, cooking oil, sugar, etc… had to buy all new in town! But despite missing several elements, the condo itself was comfortable and had an amazing view and lovely pool area. Jessica the property manager was also fabulous. She was responsive, helpful (went to buy batteries for the TV remote as no extras available in the condo, and got us some extra towels). She went above and beyond several times during our visit! We had a wonderful stay at the apartment in Playa Flamingo. The location is fantastic – from the balcony you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the sea and the bay, especially in the morning at breakfast or in the evening with a drink. The apartment is very well maintained, spacious and perfect for families. The pools are clean, quiet and with tropical surroundings – ideal for relaxing while the kids can swim safely. It is particularly pleasant that Playa Flamingo is a very safe place. On the premises, there is a security service as well as other staff who are always friendly and helpful. This makes you feel completely in good hands. The combination of comfort, fantastic views, great location and family atmosphere makes this stay unforgettable. We can fully recommend this apartment and will be happy to come back!
Our stay at Brandon’s was a wonderful way to end our family’s time in Costa Rica. We savored the beautiful views and enjoyed walking to the many restaurants and activities nearby. The condo is spacious and comfortable. Coffee in the morning or a glass of wine watching the sunset on the balcony—amazing!
Brandon's place was conveniently located to the beach, town and the marina. Everything was walkable, although there is a steep hill to climb back up to the condo from the beach/town. A car was helpful for getting to the grocery store and nearby towns. We really enjoyed a sailing trip with Panache sailing, and the restaurants Coco Loco, Pleamar, the Beach House and A'lo Nico. The condo was well appointed for our family of 5 (2 adults, and kids ages 10,8,4). I do think the setup is best for a family versus multiple couples. Views from the balcony were gorgeous, and the pool was very nice and a short walk away (and gloriously shaded in the afternoon). My only "cons" on the place was that the bathrooms and floors weren't super clean when we arrived, and the towels and sheets were clean, but very old and worn (towels ripped, sheets were rough, only two small pillows on the king sized bed). Replacements for the linens would have brought the place up to 5 stars for me.

Hi Jeanne, Thank you for the review. We will certainly check with our maid and ensure the condo is cleaned more adequately. I replace the towels and bedding frequently, but I had not done that since October. I understand the need for fresh linens. We do have extra pillows and I will find out where the maid put them. Each bed is expected to have 4 pillows plus a decorative one. I am planning to replace the sheets, towels, and beach towels this May when we arrive. I am glad you had a nice vacation! Wonderful view of the water from the moment you walk in the front door! We didn’t get tired of looking at the water or listening to the waves on the large deck. We traveled with another couple and there was plenty of space for everyone. Although we didn’t cook in, it appeared there were ample plates, silverware, cooking utensils, pans, etc. There was a coffee maker, microwave and a blender, but no toaster. The beds in all rooms were firm. The white sand beach in Flamingo is beautiful and my favorite in Costa Rica. The town of Flamingo has several restaurants/bars and the Flamingo marina is also very close. You can walk to the beach, restaurants/bars and marina, but the condo is up a steep hill. We elected to rent a golf cart and were also able to see Potrero and Brasilito. I loved the location of the condo and we had a great time.
My wife, our friend and I spent a wonderful 5 nights in Brandon's lovely condo in Playa Flamingo. Brandon's home was very well-located, comfortable and fun, and Brandon was very helpful and responsive. We can't say enough about Playa Flamingo. It's got modern touches, like several great restaurants within walking distance, and it's also a great jumping-off point for visiting other towns and beaches. We're already missing the fabulous views from the balcony, relaxing at the beautiful and comfortable pool, and our walks and swims on lovely Play Flamingo!

What a treat to stay here. So close to everything with gorgeous ocean view. Condo is beautiful and safe. Will be back.
Had a very pleasant stay. Brandon was on point from beginning to end. Very clean and comfortable unit. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. Yes, there is a steep driveway to navigate, but definitely manageable. We stay in the area often and would definitely rent this condo again.
This condo was perfect for our family of 6 — spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, nice kitchen, enormous private balcony for watching and listening to the ocean, and a short <5min walk down to Playa Flamingo. Shops & restaurants also within walking distance. Brandon was super helpful and answered all our questions. We would absolutely stay again!

Clean and modern, nice appliances, great air conditioning, looked just like the pictures. The location is only 5 minutes to the beach but does require a lot of stairs to get there if you don’t have a car. We didn’t mind the stairs but we did rent a 6 seater golf cart for our last day to explore the other beaches and restaurants in the area. I would definitely recommend this as an excellent place to stay.
