We really liked the accommodation. All the facilities were very good. The only thing that's not so great is the karaoke across the street. If you're a very light sleeper, it's uncomfortable, but for us it was fine. Everything touristy is very close.

My friends and I booked this house very last minute due to travel delays and the process with booking this and checking in was sooooo easy and stress free which was exactly what we needed . The apartment was beautiful ! Between the views in each room , the living room area was gorgeous , the central air felt great and we loved having access to so many bathrooms . This apartment is also walking distance from downtown Los Cabos and the marina . I would definitely stay here again!

great location, the only thing is that the balcony windows don't properly close so it will be cold inside or wind blowing inside the complex on a windy day. also the pool was closed with no indication when it would be back opened

The place is excellent if you are going to enjoy the partying and nightlife in Cabo. The pool and gym are a plus.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOME! This was an absolutely unacceptable experience and easily one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. Before I even arrived, I received a rude message about my bags being in the lobby despite the fact that I was still at the airport and those were not my bags. From the start, the communication felt unprofessional and dismissive. Once I got inside, the property was not as advertised and had multiple issues that made the stay extremely uncomfortable. The bathrooms were not properly cleaned, which is completely unacceptable, and the jacuzzi did not work one of the main reasons I specifically booked this property. What made everything worse was the lack of accountability and response from the host after these issues were reported. There was no refund offered and no meaningful attempt to resolve the situation. Instead, the only concern seemed to be whether I planned to leave early so the home could be cleaned for the next guests.

Great value. Pictures were accurate. Everyone has their own bathroom, which was extremely helpful. The hot tub was a bit challenging to set up. You'd have to fill it up yourself and wait for the water to warm up. We ended up ditching it. There is a karaoke bar across the street that is loud, proud, and present.

The place was great, well located with excellent ameneties. The only problem was loud noise from nearby restaurants that disburbed sleep so would recommend bring ear plugs.

Super comfortable place, good spaces, comfortable mattresses, nice view, restaurants when leaving the complex, it would be an option if I come back, the only detail is that the Jacuzzi is not functional, it is dirty and also seems to have a broken lid so it is impossible to use, even so the complex has a pool, for my dates the water was a little cold and it would have been nice to be able to use the jacuzzi
