I loved everything, for my experience the location was complicated but the host helped me get to the house, on the other hand, I suggest that you accept pets in your house, because considering that we had a visit from a dog I think it would not be bad in any case that we guests can bring our pets that are part of the family with us, from there everything has been wonderful.

The location of the house is also on Google Maps; and access is through the TreeCasa Resort gate. However, we are always attentive and wait for our guests at the house to make sure they can arrive and check in without any problems. We also appreciate your suggestion about pets. Highly recommended, the perfect place for a perfect vacation. Ana was kind with absolutely everything and with any problem she was always willing to help us, everything was very quiet, relaxed, full of nature and above all comfort

The place was perfect for us. We rent it as we need a close place to Treecasa to attend a wedding!!!

Nice place, Viviana's service was excellent, attentive at all times, she responded very quickly to my questions and concerns. Everything was clean and tidy, the pool was just as clean, the bonus of having access to Tree House is excellent. Highly recommended place.

Good overall. However, it would be great to have a barbecue. Viviana kindly told me that for now she did not have one, but that in the future she plans to have one. I do think it's important to mention that the house needs a bit of maintenance. The room locks were in poor condition, the air conditioning was leaking, the TVs had no batteries, and the pool and garden were dirty. I think it would be important to improve those details to improve the experience

Anna helped us out with our stay and was the one who greeted us at the house. She was amazing and took care of anything we needed promptly. We appreciated the weekday pricing, made it a great stay for a family trip. The place itself is beautiful along with a gorgeous view. We stayed at 4 different locations while in Nicaragua, mostly in the San Juan del Sur area. This was our favorite. It was one minute drive or a short walk to tree casa resort. I would stay here again if it remained affordable to do so!

Excellent place, Vivianna and Anna are excellent hosts, very clean and tidy house, I recommend visiting.
