The place is amazing. Very secure with exterior cameras, alarm and electric fence above the normal one, but you probably won’t need that as the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Short walk to the beach, store, and good restaurants with multiple options. Edgar the local manager is amazing. The house also has a great AC system, and the king bed in the master was perfect which made for a great nights sleep after long days playing in the ocean. It was a perfect spot for a Costa Rican vacation, highly recommend.

The place is exactly as shown in the photos, perfect for a family trip, comfortable, safe, and super close to the beach, which we loved. We would definitely come back.

Family of 5 plus aunt and grandma stayed for 8 days. Wonderful. The short & neighborly walk to La playa was perfect, soft sand, no rocks, excellent swimming, boogie boarding, sunsets, quiet…. The pool was perfect and shaded. Used a lot. We hired a chef for two nights, scuba diving, sailboat, zip lining, walks, etc. Loved it! And miss it!

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Isla! I'll admit I started dreaming of a tropical family vacay while watching season 3 of White Lotus. So, after weeks of research, we chose this affordable beach adjacent spot and it was perfect for our needs with comfy beds and amenities. On our second night a troop of monkeys paid a visit in the backyard trees and we had a great view of them from our balcony. Every morning with our coffee, we used the Merlin bird app to identify all the beautiful birds chirping in the backyard. Hemingway's beach restaurant made a great basecamp for our young adult kids to enjoy the sunsets, and we frequented made our way into Brasilito for the sodas, horseback riding with Pacific Horses and jet skiing. We also had a spectacular day at Diamante Adventure Park, ziplining and visiting their wildlife sanctuary. Our host was very responsive and friendly and assisted us anytime we reached out, but that was not often as we had everything we needed. We would love to return!

The house is as described: very clean, quiet and with an excellent location. Everything was perfect during our stay. The host's attention was impeccable, always attentive and kind. We will definitely be back, we were delighted.

A beautiful four bedroom house with three bathrooms for Costa Rica, I would say it's quite luxurious, a beautiful courtyard with beautiful vegetation. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Minutes from the beach, it's a great place to rest. We had dinner at the restaurant La Fourchette, it's an Italian restaurant and it was very good, especially the mushroom ravioli with a white sauce and tasted like heaven. We also went to see the turtles in Ostional and the turtles were there. It was magical.

The location was perfect—centrally situated near beautiful beaches and a variety of great restaurants. We really appreciated that it wasn’t in a touristy area, which allowed us to experience the local vibe and explore at our own pace. Juvenal, the property manager, and Larry were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our visit.

The house is very nice, well equipped, comfortable beds, kitchen with more than the basics, the terrace is very nice. It's a 5-minute walk to the beach
