Lovely bright house, well laid out and very nice grounds. Mostly quiet neighbourhood and you can easily walk to restaurants, food store and the beach. Attentive Management quickly attended to a few small items for us. It was pleasure to be there. Cheers.

Andres and Eva's house is perfect. In my case, I went with my husband and my two children along with both of my parents. The space was perfect for that number of people. The kitchen was super comfortable and the outdoor gallery and living space was perfect. The pool shower was ideal for getting the salt water out of your body and then cooling off in the incredible natural environment that is the garden. In the morning and in the afternoons you could see and hear the howler monkeys, troops of white-faced monkeys doing pirouettes in the trees. Parrots and toucans. Nature is amazing. Playa Chiquita was just a few blocks from the house. The directions they gave us to get there as well as local recommendations were super accurate. There were no mosquitoes or insects, so we never used repellent during our entire stay. The only thing missing was a washing machine or especially a clothes dryer because even though the weather was impeccable, the humidity prevents the clothes from drying well.

Beautiful residence. Everything is there. We were just missing a clothes dryer. And note that work is underway in the residence next door, so sometimes annoying by the noise, but nothing very penalizing.

Great location with privacy and beautiful gardens yet close to the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. Great amenities including an updated kitchen and relaxing pool. Very responsive host. Will be back!

The house was lovely, clean and the host were very helpful. We had a great time!

Great house, great hosts, incredible wildlife in the garden... including insects, and ants biting the kid's feet, so some drama by the pool... There is a moist jungle feel to everything, and stuff won"t really dry, so don"t be too skittish. Short walk to Playa Chiquita,- and easy to rent bikes, which you will need to get around, unless you want to depend on the tuk-tuks. Lots of traffic on the road, so walking is a bit stressful.
