The unit was wonderful and exactly as described. Villa La estancia itself was beautiful. I wish we had known that booking all inclusive in advance through the host was cheaper. But still an amazing trip and stay!

Great place at a beautiful complex. walkable to downtown or a quick Uber ride. Unit was very nice and big, great for families or two couples.

We have stayed in this resort before and this unit has been our favorite by far. The furnishings and linens are top notch and the kitchen has everything you need. The location is great- close to town but far enough to have a quieter beach. The hosts were responsive and easy to communicate with. They also had great dining suggestions. We will be back for sure!

We had a wonderful week at Kevin and Katerina’s place. It was exactly as the pictures showed. The location was amazing. Walkable to downtown Cabo. It was a top find for us. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Great place to stay! My family and I felt right at home. The condo was clean, we felt very safe, and we had a beautiful view of the pool area and beach.

We truly enjoyed the property and location. Our hosts were very helpful leading up to the trip guiding us with restaurants, activities and also all the little ins and outs to know. Property itself was better than expected and the resort was beautiful. We really never had to leave. We will definitely come again!

This airbnb was beautiful and very spacious for our family of 5. Great location and was a resort style. There are restaurants on property, a store and awesome swimming pools and hot tubs. Direct beach access and a short walk or can ride to other restaurants or marina. The pictures don't do it justice an absolute beautiful airbnb all around. The host were very helpful, even recommend other nearby restaurants! I definitely recommend staying here!

Kevin and Katerina were amazing hosts. Very responsive in a quick manner. I appreciated all of the tips and suggestions, especially as this was our first time in Cabo. The condo units are beautiful and spacious. I needed a relaxing vacation and this was it! Thanks!

Came with my baby and husband. Kevin and Katerina have an amazing spot on the beach. The resort has excellent service and amazing food. Highly recommend eating at La Casona. A short few minute ride into town. Had the best time here!
