Beautiful property. I’d come back again!

House was perfect! Exactly as described, lots of space, amazing outdoor area and dock, far enough away from the village for privacy & peace, but not too far that it's a chore going for dinner/to the shop etc. the drive down is an adventure itself! As for Sherri, she was a fantastic host! Very responsive and helpful with any questions and recommendations - she made sure we were met off the ferry to help with our bags and getting down to the house, helped arrange our golf cart hire and gave amazing tips on what bars and restaurants to go to, couldn't have asked for anything more

Amazing hostess and condo! The pool was incredible and kitchen was fully equipped. Easy golf cart drive into town. Had so much fun fishing off the dock!

Sherri was great ! Super friendly and helpful on island tips , food recommendations etc . We will definitely stay there again . We had a glitch in our end with how late our flight got in and getting over to the island , she was super accommodating!

We stayed in unit 2 with our son, his wife, and 2 small children. The place was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. We loved the area because it was extremely peaceful, quiet, and private. The trip from town was lovely and took about 15 minutes by cart. We want to return to Caye Caulker someday and would stay again at South Beach Villa without hesitation! We have stayed at many VRBOs and Airbnbs in the past and this was one of the best. Sherri is also a top notch host.

An excellent location, Sherri was very responsive and attentive, and we had the time of our lives in this amazing island and property :) Would HIGHLY recommend!

Our stay was amazing. This unit is a little off the beaten path but well worth it. The pool area was relaxing, the unit had everything we needed, and the boat dock was an added bonus. Sherri was quick to respond to any inquiry we had and knew a lot about Caye Caulker. I would stay here forever if I could!

The property was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect. Just 10 minutes from everything. I wanted to explore but still enjoy peace and relaxation, and this place delivered. The views were unreal. Sherri, the host, was amazing and provided thoughtful, personalized recommendations that truly enhanced our stay. She even helped us secure reservations for a golf cart. We had an amazing time and will definitely be visiting again!

South Beach is an absolutely beautiful property in a very secluded area of the island. The owners thought of every detail when building and preparing this vacation stay. The property was so well taken care of, decorated so beautifully, and had everything we needed. Sherri does a great job at preparing her visitors with what to expect in an off the grid location. Must be flexible and ready for a tropical adventure! The modern amenities make it a luxury experience while the location make for a peaceful escape in nature. Thank you, Sherri! We appreciate you!

Wonderful experience. Sherri and Jim were fantastic and their place was gorgeous. They made sure we knew where to go and what to do. The property is amazing. Beautiful view, quiet and peaceful. They accommodated our requests and helped coordinate and rental golf carts and helped set up our beach messages. We are looking forward to visiting again!

Caye Caulker is a beautiful island. Sherri’s place is in a remote area but we loved it! She communicates promptly. She and her husband helped us with transportation, ferry to and from mainland, on island golf cart (a must because place is far from town in remote area) having the golf cart was so much fun! The home is brand new and provides the luxury of home. Only negative was there was ongoing construction which was a daily wake up early morning. Once it’s done it will all be gorgeous! Highly recommend property. Perfect for family or group of friends! Few recommendations if going to Belize, take lots of bug spray!

The view at this place is absolutely amazing away from the center so quiet!!! The pool area was my favorite to hang out and enjoy the view! Sunrises were beautiful They were very mindful of the construction work that they were doing communicating with us well. Dougli was very helpful with giving us places to check out and do. Loved it and would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone staying at Caye Caulker ❤️❤️
