We absolutely loved our stay at Villa 40 at Blue Venao! The location is incredible, just steps from the beach and beach club, with several fantastic restaurants within walking distance. You can really enjoy everything Playa Venao has to offer. One of the things that makes Villa 40 especially great is the private pool. It's one of the few villas in Blue Venao that has its own pool, and it was such a nice luxury to have after a morning at the beach or surfing. The villa itself was very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, which made it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home when we weren't trying one of the many great restaurants nearby. Sara and Charlie were wonderful hosts. They were friendly, responsive, and very communicative throughout our entire stay. Everything was easy from check-in through departure, and they made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend Villa 40.

We had a great stay! The location is unbeatable, close to Blue Venao Club, the children’s park, restaurants, and a supermarket. The pool was a huge plus, especially since we were traveling with kids. Everything was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. We had a wonderful time and definitely plan to come back on our next visit. Highly recommended!

Sara’s place was beautiful, clean and well located. Special thanks to Charlie and Pucha for always being attentive and made our experience 10 times better! Excellent villa with a prime location. It has everything you need to be comfortable and at the same time close to the beach, the pool, and the Blue restaurant.

Our week-long stay was simply excellent. The house is extremely comfortable, spacious and designed with great care so that absolutely nothing is missing. Everything is very well thought out and equipped, which makes you feel at home from day one. The location is unbeatable, close to everything you need and perfect for enjoying the area in total comfort. We especially want to highlight the hosts, who were always very attentive, organized and extremely responsive. During our stay, there was a problem with one of the air conditioners, and they acted immediately. What initially seemed like a simple repair ended up requiring the complete replacement of the equipment, and even so, they handled everything with exemplary speed and professionalism to minimize any inconvenience. It is clear that they genuinely care about the comfort of their guests and about providing a top-quality experience. We definitely recommend it 100%

Everything was amazing

A really nice experience at Blue; the villas are very beautiful, and the area is very quiet. The hosts, Charlie and Sonia, were always very attentive to our questions; we were happy with our entire stay.

Just an amazing villa, the best location in Blue, really close to the sea and the pool, just a few steps away. Would recommend to anyone coming to enjoy the best experience in Playa del Carmen. The hosts are lovely and respond quickly to any request.
