A great place if you want to be close to the action in Puerto Viejo. It is not luxurious but it fulfills the function of being able to sleep. Communication can improve.

The good thing is the location of the place.

The studio is very well located in the center of Puerto Viejo, close to beaches, buses, restaurants, supermarket, bank, post office... Bedding was clean and very comfortable. Air conditioning that works without any problem. Only downside on the kitchen/amenities and cleanliness: the cabinets in which are stored cutlery/plates smell very strong the humidity and the stoves had traces of mold. Also, there is no table with chair to be able to have lunch, which is a bit of a shame when you don't want to eat in the morning/noon/evening. Overall it remains a good experience because it is close to everything and with the minimum necessary.

The location is very good, all very close and central, quiet and comfortable place.

The location of this Airbnb is amazing! It’s just a minute walk to the beach, bus stop, grocery store and restaurants. David was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

David's place was good for us, sufficient for two people. Beautiful were the towels decorated with flowers and other places. You are close everywhere: beach, bus, restaurants supermarket, shops.. Unfortunately, the floor in the bathroom and shower curtain was dirty. In the kitchen, which was actually OK, however, some utensils were missing. Otherwise, the neighborhood is quite quiet. You can hear some road traffic.

Excellent location with security, very comfortable bed, air conditioning, clean room, good space, basic kitchen, hot shower. Very considerate. Needs a refresh, but nothing to hinder their stay.

Great location in the heart of Puerto Viejo. Frederick is a very responsive host. The room itself is no frills but private and comfortable. We did have some issues with the toilet not flushing and we also had a cockroach in the kitchen. But for the value and location, it is a pretty good place to stay!
