The fact that this the seventh time we’ve stayed here says it all. My favorite town paired with my favorite Airbnb. The location of the house is perfect, allowing for privacy but easy access to the beach, shopping, and wonderful restaurants. We’ll be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Luxuria. The location is intimate and close to the village (restaurants, beaches). The sea view is simply magical. The villa was very clean. The staff was discreet, respectful and attentive to our needs. A special thank you to Laurie and Sanjiv for the warm welcome, your advice and quick answers to our questions and needs! I would go back with my family without hesitation! Take note to get to the villa it is essential to have a 4x4 which is already mentioned in the Airbnb info

It really is a dreamy place to stay. Sanjiv was very communicative and friendly. On site, we had a direct contact person who could help us with our problems quickly. The house is much nicer than the photos. The mountain to the accommodation is really steep - you definitely need a 4x4 vehicle, as there is gravel on the super steep slope. The place is well equipped, you can also do laundry there without any problems.

We absolutely loved staying here. The house and garden were beautiful, we had everything we needed, and it was private and quiet. It's also very close to the beach and all the restaurants and cafes. The hosts we're very friendly and responsive. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

This house is awesome! The location is perfect for access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Both Sanjiv and his local host Laurie are amazing. We cannot wait to return.

This is the fifth time we've stayed at Sanjiv's house. It is perfect in every way. Sanjiv is always very helpful and responsive if needed and his concierge Laurie is an absolute gem! We cannot wait to return.

Our family of five had an amazing stay at La Luxuria! The villa, the pool and the view are just amazing! It's perfectly located in Santa Teresa. Both Sanjiv and Laurie were very helpful and responsive. Laurie was so great to help us and give us recommendations before and during our stay.

Our family loved our stay at La Luxuria. It was so private, the view was amazing, pool fantastic, and super clean. Communication was great. Sanjiv sent detailed instructions on how to get to the house and had an intro call when we arrived to answer any questions. Recommendations for food and let us know which restaurants delivered. Thanks for helping us create wonderful memories.

The pool with the view is beyond words. Having coffee on the balcony every morning was a dream. We saw a lot of wild life which was also a great surprise. One of the coolest airbnbs I’ve stayed at. We were well taken care of and we were very sad to say goodbye. The driveway is steep, ended up walking down the hill for most meals out, doable but a haul!

This house is pretty cool work great views from a top a large hill. It’s recommended to get ATVs if you’re in Santa Teresa as it’s easier to get around once you’ve checked in. They even have some ATVs with surf board holders. Laura helped us check in and arranged the ATV rentals to be dropped off and picked up at the house which made things super easy for us! We saw monkeys close to the house a couple mornings and there is a great view of them from the rooftop balcony. There is AC in all the rooms and upstairs area, however, the main living room and kitchen do not have AC. There were some bugs that got into the house because the pool is connected to the inside living room so if you are scared of bugs this AirBnB May not be for you. We managed just fine though. Honestly the view and the area made up for it! The AirBnb host left some small gifts in the fridge (beer, milk, and fruit) which was very thoughtful. Lots of great food options very close with a lot of delivery options too. You’ll need to bring your own bags with you to the grocery stores to avoid buying a reusable bag at check out. A lot of the businesses speak English at this location but also a good opportunity to practice your Spanish. You can use Credit card at most locations but have colones on hand for the vendors that sell coconuts and other fruits at the beach

Amazing villa in an awesome little town. Monkeys, raccoons and iguanas wandering around in the garden. Pura Vida!
