We had a lovely stay at Xocabo. We went with 12 college age kids and they really enjoyed the house. It was spotless. What set Xocabo apart was the staff and the food. The staff is wonderful and the food was delicious. The best we had in Cabo!

Villa Xocabo is hands down the best Airbnb!! The Villa is absolutely beautiful with its unique decor and perfect location. Walking into the Villa, we were in awe of its beauty and stunning views. There was also plenty of room for our group of 16. While the views and Villa are amazing, the staff was even better! The food every single day was delicious. We couldn’t wait for breakfast and lunch every day! The food far exceeded any restaurant we went to while in Cabo. We did an extra surf and turf dinner one night which was also incredible. A huge THANK YOU to Ciria, Alex and the whole staff for making my 40th bday celebration the absolute best❤️If this Villa is available, do not hesitate to book. You will not be disappointed. It was such an incredible experience and we were so sad to leave. Thanks again Villa Xocabo!!!

Ciria and her staff at XOCABO are amazing. The meals were fantastic, the house was kept spotless and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this to any big group.

Ciria and the team are amazing! Our group of 23 for joint bachelor / bachelorette party had an amazing time and the XOCABO team helped us make the entertaining and feeding a big group as easy as possible. The meals that were prepared were absolutely delicious and the overall service was top notch (Alex killed it with the margaritas)! Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to host a large group or special event.

The house in Pedregal was amazing, Ciria and the guys were just as great throughout our 5 day-stay. They accommodated any breakfast time we preferred each day, constantly kept the place clean, kept everything stocked throughout the day, then set up an amazing dinner on our last night - despite it being on short notice. I couldn’t recommend this stay enough.

This was probably the best Airbnb stay we ever experienced. The property was beautiful with amazing views. The best part of the stay was the staff. Ciria and the rest of the crew did a great job with the food, presentation and keeping the entire home clean. The breakfast and lunch options are varied daily and delicious. We had a birthday celebration one evening and they went out of their way to decorate the outdoor dining area without us even making the request. We had 2 in-house dinners during our stay. I doubt you would find better food at any restaurant in the Cabo area. They even cooked our freshly caught fish for one of the dinners. We were there for a large family gathering and everyone had nothing but positive comments about our stay. I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely return!

This place is incredible! Ciara and the rest of the staff are amazing. The food was next level good. Highly recommend adding the open bar/food option and doing a dinner at the house (the amount of seafood in the paella was unbelievable). The food was so good, everyone made sure to get up for breakfast everyday. The refrigerators are always well stocked and the other drinks were more than we needed. The house is very clean, and gets cleaned daily. All of the staff is friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Great location (we had no issue getting Ubers to go into town). Ulises was very responsive for the shuttles to and from the airport as well as another shuttle we reserved. Everyone was on time. We had 23 people for a bachelor party and fit no problem. We did add the casita to have more space. The design of the house is funky and cool. The pool was great and the patio is designed well for hanging out. Between the house and the friendly staff, we highly recommend. Thanks Ciara!

I wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful experience we had at Villa Xocabo in Pedregal, Cabo San Lucas. Ciria is an outstanding friendly approachable host. We especially appreciated the delicious cooked breakfasts and lunches prepared by Mateo. Seriously........The meals were delicious and exceeded all expectations. Each meal was a delightful experience that set the tone for our days filled with relaxation by the pool and adventure and exploration in downtown. From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the stunning views and lush landscaping both inside and out. The eclectic décor added a unique charm. The spacious layout was perfect for our group of 13. Each of the 10 bedrooms with an attached ensuite. allowing everyone to relax and connect comfortably. We will DEFINITELY be back again.

Ciria and her team couldn't have been a better host for us - I highly recommend staying at Villa Xocabo! We had 18 guys stay there comfortably, and we had the chef prepare the Paella for us as our main dinner for the weekend. That meal was the best I've ever had in Cabo and at a much better price than other restaurants in the area. The breakfast and lunches prepared daily were incredibly good as well. We had a house of 15 ladies down the road, and we coordinated the transportation for both houses through Ulises with Xocabo. It couldn't have gone smoother. We got six airport shuttles on Thursday and six on Sunday, and we used them for other activities in between. The house itself is really cool and unique, and definitely one of the most interesting (in a good way) places I've stayed. The service was top notch (cleaning, cooking, fridge restocking, etc.), and Ciria was very responsive to any questions we had leading up to the trip. Marcus and the rest of the staff made us feel at home
