The house was very nice, spacious and safe. We particularly liked the inner courtyard, with its large tree that provides shade around the pool. It was really a great place to relax. Our host was extremely proactive throughout the stay. He suggested activities, checked some information for us, and regularly made sure that everything was going well. He responded instantly to all our questions about the house. The surprise visit of a huge iguana in the courtyard also added a memorable moment to our stay! The location is excellent. Potrero Beach is very close, and Las Catalinas is about 15 minutes away. We loved this place: a beautiful little village, a superb beach with impressive waves, and monkeys in the trees! We had a lovely stay and would recommend this house without hesitation.

Beautiful location! This was the perfect spot for the beach leg of our vacation. Steps from the ocean. The kids rotated from the beach to the pool all day long. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Great location to walk into town for food and groceries as well. Highly recommend!

Honestly, this is probably our favorite vacation spot ever. We usually wanna go to new places and try new things, but this place was so beautiful and stunning and The Palm staff was so incredibly helpful, we will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly as described. The beach and the pool were wonderful. We walked to Coco Loco for lunch and for dinner a couple of times and picked up food from the super mark in town for breakfast and snacks. This was such a memorable stay for our family and we enjoyed every minute. Highly recommend it!

Playa Flamingo Villa was ideal for us. Right on the beach, with all the amenities, and within close proximity to the Flamingo Marina, Potrero, Brasilito and Tamarindo. Everything was perfect from start to finish, and we especially appreciated Alonso, the concierge, who booked activities and made reservations for us. Beach towels are replenished every day, and the front gate staff and everyone else were wonderful. The German Bakery truck showed up one morning, which was absolutely amazing. We loved it here and would do it all again in a heartbeat.

This was our second time staying in The Palms Residences. The unit was clean and as expected. Our family loved just walking out to the beach every day and enjoying the sunsets. For our family, it has everything we need to have an stress-free and enjoyable vacation! Looking forward to coming back again soon.

Beautiful place to stay. An interesting mix of Airbnb space and privacy but also resort amenities like room service, pool bar, massage, kayaks and concierge. We used the concierge for four excursions that included transportation. This was more expensive but super simple for a short notice vacation, it made things super easy. We loved the Coco Loco restaurant, food was always great and we excellent service. We also enjoyed Hemingways and some time in Tamarindo. Definitely do the La Leona and Guacipelin excursions. We had such an amazing time! Best trip ever.

The highlight of our Costa Rica trip. We truly loved our time enjoying this little slice of paradise. The most amazing location, great service and interiors, super friendly staff. Everything was perfect. Kevin at the pool bar is the man with the local knowledge. We had the time of our lives and will certainly come again.

The condo was perfect and the access to the beach was amazing.

Spacious and very nice house. As described and as shown in pictures. Would be great for a couple families staying together. Could use some pictures/ art and rugs to make it feel more comfortable, but that’s just personal preference. Be sure to bring any cooking oil, salt and pepper, sugar, and coffee as none are provided.

We loved this place! The villa was luxurious, with fine furnishings, a kitchen that makes you actually want to cook, every appliance you can imagine. The bed was very comfortable. The bathrooms were beautiful. The massage therapist was excellent! It took awhile to master the elaborate lighting controls. They had a special place to dispose of recycling. There were kayaks and bogey boards available and a place to BBQ. THE BEACH WAS THE BEST! Clear water and enough waves to be fun but not scary. The salt-water pool was also amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful and security was vigilant and helpful. Our host, Alonzo, was always helpful and responsive.
