Iz and Shea are absolutely wonderful Hosts along with the personnel who live and work there, making you feel at home. Something to keep in mind though is that if you have any plans to spend time in San Pedro, you are about an hour’s golf cart ride away from town. However, you really do not have to leave for anything and there is a grocery store in eight minute golf cart ride away. The most gorgeous crystal clear waters are about a 30 minute golf cart ride up the coast. Worth every penny!

Our stay at Playa del Sol was great. The place is exactly as described. It was off the beaten path so it was very peaceful and relaxing. It was close enough to things we wanted to do and easy to get around with the golf cart that Iz arranged for us. The fishing and snorkeling trips were awesome. We caught enough fish to eat a fantastic fish stew and cerviche made by Iz's staff. Iz was VERY responsive and went out of his way to make sure our arrival and stay were spot on.

First off, let me start by saying that Iz is an incredible host. From the moment we arrived, he went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. He greeted us with a big smile and a cold drink, and took the time to show us around the property and explain all the amenities.what really sets Iz's Airbnb apart from the rest is the free excursions that are included with your stay. From snorkeling to fishing there's something for everyone. Iz is a wealth of knowledge about the area and is happy to share his tips and recommendations to help you make the most of your time on the island. And if you're looking to venture off the property, Iz has you covered there too. He provides access to golf carts, which are the perfect way to explore the island at your own pace. We took one out to Secret Beach and it was absolutely breathtaking., I do want to mention that the beach on the property itself isn't really usable due to the seagrass. But trust me, you won't even miss it.
