Great place, quiet, very relaxing with great view. Security staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a grocery store, Walmart, and a few restaurants nearby. Downtown is about a 25 min walk. Uber works great in San Jose, with polite drivers usually arriving in 2 minutes.

We stayed for three weeks and felt right at home. The staff were friendly, the area was good, the pool was great, and the home wonderful to live in. As we stayed there during the height of summer, we would go for walks in the morning and enjoy the pool in the afternoon before going out in the evening. San Jose del Cabo is great, and this home is the perfect place to reach it all conveniently from. We will stay here again if available when we return.

Business trip: a good place to rest away from the noise of downtown Cabo. Excellent internet speed (good upload, not so much download). Good location for the areas we were going to visit.

Very nice apartment within a secure compound. Wonderful apartment space with great amenities. Centrally located within the city and just a short drive downtown. Clear and quick communication with the host. Would definitely recommend!

I thought it was very much in line with the price... I was just very surprised that there wasn't enough water, that is, we had to buy a lot of bottles of water, because they only leave you two liters of water... I would also suggest that they put body cream, since in all the Airbnbs I've been to there is.

Desiree, me sorprende un poco tu calificación, yo misma mandé a comprar agua, te llegó por Uber eats. Con respecto a la crema corporal, en lo personal he usado más de 20 alojamientos en todo el mundo y jamás me han dejado crema corporal, aún así apreciamos tus comentarios.

This is a beautiful 3 bed-3 bath condo. Comfortable beds and linens were so comfy. Nice having AC in all the rooms. Pool was lovely and never too busy. Everyone was very friendly. There was quite a bit of construction which was quite noisy but that can’t be helped. Close to shopping which was convenient. Just a short walk away. After staying at many Airbnbs’ a few suggestions I would have to elevate the condo would be providing …… A shopping rolling cart A small amount of clothes detergent and a few dryer sheets Dishwasher detergent Garbage bags Tin foil / Saran Wrap A larger printed map of SJD I feel these would be nice touches that people would appreciate. With that being said, I would definitely recommend staying here. The staff at the entrance were so helpful and lovely. Loved that it was a pet friendly place….so many cute fur babies SJD was beautiful

Absolutely incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, we were comforted by the space. The hosts were incredibly attentive and responsive, and the neighbors were friendly and lovely as well. The location was perfect for our group and the complex was safe, clean, and well-equipped. We can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back. A perfect 5-star experience!

We loved this place. Sparkling clean with comfy beds and pillows. Very spacious with a great floor plan. Friendly 24 hour security guards and it felt safe. Quiet clean pool area that was never busy. We used it a lot. Well managed. 100% recommend and we would definitely stay here again.

Carolina place was exactly like the photos. Very quiet location, pool was heated and very relaxing. Walking distance (25min) into downtown where we found amazing restaurants and shopping. Airbnb was spacious and very clean. She helped us with our transportation from airport and was easy to contact. Kitchen has most essentials. Would highly recommend.

Carolina's place is exactly as is on the photos. The place was clean and in a great location. We enjoyed the pool which was clean and peaceful. The rules were clear about quiet time after 10pm but found that not everyone was respectful of this. There was a lot of noise 3 of the nights we were there. Perhaps security could have addressed this. The light coming through the blinds in 2 of the rooms was quite bright and made it difficult to sleep. We asked for more toilet paper and paper towels and a few more were delivered but we needed to purchase enough for the remainder of our holiday. It would have been nice to have 2 towels per person since we were there for 9 days. The kitchen is lovely but needs to be better equipped. We did not have enough garbage bags, 1 tea towel and the kitchen equipment/accessories like pots, pans, coffee maker, is lacking. A few minor upgrades to some of these things would be great! Overall, it is a beautiful place.
