The house is spacious and beautiful, but we didn't like that almost all the toilets were clogged. For example, in the room where I stayed, every time I used the toilet, I had to remove the back cover and pull the lever to flush. Also, I think the pool had a lot of chlorine because it caused redness on the skin of most of my family to the point that I told my girls not to go in the pool anymore. But everything else was fine. It was very easy to communicate with the host.

The house is HUGE even better than the photos, very close to el tunco. Just needed more towels and access to basics like an iron but overall amazing

Highly recommended. My family was large, and we were very comfortable in the house. Everything was very clean. It was very spacious. The person in charge was very friendly. 100 x 1,000 đ„° The house was very beautiful.

Great place with lots of space and a killer view. The gate is always manned so there's no excessive traffic. Good air conditioning and the pool is always spotless. This is the first rental that I've ever used that actually had decent pillows. No complaints. If you really want a fun time, shoot a game of pool on the craziest table that you've ever seen.

Home was exactly as described. Home was clean and spotless. Only wish the pillows were soft/comfortable. Other than that, jt was great!

We had a group of us come to visit El Salvador for the first time this past weekend, we rented the home and had a great time! The house was perfect for a group hosting! Great variety of bedrooms, bed pairings. Various hangout areas around the property and great location! Beautiful photo ops and sunrise, sunset viewing. Walkable to the beach, town and good restaurants & bars. Great service at the gate to be let in and out of private community. We had no issue with onsite staff coming / going. Good communication and timely fixing of things needed throughout the trip! Overall, highly recommend! We had the best trip!

The place is very nice, but there are a few things that could be improved. For example, the showers inside had VERY LITTLE WATER. The only good shower was the one outside by the pool. Also, I don't know what it was, but two people who were with us developed what looked like bites on their backs after sleeping there for two nights. And lastly, perhaps they should improve what they put in the pool. At night, the smell of bleach/chlorine was too strong.

I paid for early check in, but not enough towels were provided and when asked for pool towels we were told that âthis isnât a hotelâ and had to purchase our own. Also asked for towels they were dropped off , however we werenât refunded for the early check in we paid and yet house wasnt fully stocked with toilet paper, no new clean water to drink, or pool towels or enough trash bags. I didnt like having to keep asking for these basic things and it felt like the house is outdated and the fans are full of dust, the house rules state not to fry food, which is pointless, also not enough water and the pressure when you have to take a shower is not good. We let the owner know our concerns and for being what we paid it seemed not worth the cost. The pool table is broken there are cracks on the wooden doors the showers donât release much water also not stocked with coffee or any spices , or other essentials you would get at another air bnb: no blender or enough paper towels plates, disappointed

This is a dated but beautiful property. Tons of space and big bedrooms. Great for a larger group as the kitchen is big and it has 2 fridges. Itâs a very short drive to El Tunco. The property has beautiful greenery, a great pool and a view of the ocean. The only draw back that is minor but could be improved are the couches. The vinyl fabric is not very comfortable and there could be more spots to lounge inside the house. You can also hear quite a bit of road noise at times. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay.
