Sonny and Kimi were great hosts. Even leading up to the trip they provided us with great resources to ensure a great trip. During, there were a few bumps but they were very receptive, responsive, and we got things squared away with no issue. Their hospitality on it’s own helped to facilitate a great trip!

3/6/26-3/10/26: We had a group of 13 girls for my bachelorette party and this place was amazing for the amount of people that we had. It was spacious, but we were still able to be close and bond during the trip. I honestly felt so safe on this trip and it made it even better that the whole villa community was tucked away, gated, and had security on standby. I did wish the locks for the outside gates worked, but it was Jo big deal and we just locked everything from the inside at night and while we were gone. Just a heads up, there are ants in some of the rooms and bigs in the backyard. Most were harmless but something to think about while booking. Sonny and his assistant’s communication were outstanding and they made us feel so welcomed and accommodated especially when I messaged him about the safety of the town and the current state of it! Would definitely go back. :) thank you!!

Loved our stay in Tulum! Sonny was great - set my group of 11 up with a private chef, group excursion concierge, and local transport as well as transport to and from Cancun airport. My advice is use all his services. I was skeptical, but the value and ease made the trip seamless. Everyone in Tulum is nice and things felt safe. Great air conditioning and seating and comfy beds. Thank you Sonny!

Great stay!!

Five stars go to Sonny, the host. His response time and friendliness deserve more than 5 stars. It seems like he has a magic wand - he makes wishes come true and resolves concerns immediately. We wanted our birthday girl to feel special and she did! Sonny helped us line up (and he followed through) with fabulous balloon designer, birthday cake baker/decorator, chefs, and mariachi band. We had issues with water temperature and pressure in one of the units and he did not stop until he got it resolved. The large groups these homes entertain and the Tulum climate make it difficult to keep up with maintenance/wear & tear and I think this shows in these units. However, if something bothers you, just bring it to Sonny's attention and he will patiently and professionally address it. As the Mom of adult kids, I felt we were safe and cared for. The security staff at the front gate were sweethearts too.

Perfect place! Booked the day before, and Sonny let us check out the place first and gave us the perfect location for my mom’s surprise birthday vacation. He connected me with decorators, a private chef and a masseuse! He quickly answered all our questions and was the best host!

Great stay in Tulum

Wow. This was the best birthday trip of my life. Sonny’s place is absolutely gorgeous and he is just amazing. Extremely accommodating, gives you all types of great suggestions of places to go to, will have anything you could wish for happen (from groceries, to massages, to a driver to take you anywhere you need). He even made a last minute late checkout happen for us. We’re super grateful for absolutely everything. Will 300% be back when in Tulum.

We had a wonderful stay at Sonny’s place in Tulum! Sonny was incredibly easy to communicate with, always timely, helpful, and available to troubleshoot any small issues that came up during our stay. The villa itself was clean, quiet, and felt like a true oasis. The beds were super comfy, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep after a day of partying. One thing to be aware of: there’s a pebble pathway from the main entrance to the villa. It adds to the charm of the setting, but can make it a little difficult to roll heavy luggage so plan ahead if you’re bringing big bags. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a serene and comfortable getaway in Tulum!

Sonny and Kimi were great hosts! They provided great recommendations and put me in contact with awesome vendors who provided gorgeous decorations and delicious meals! Sonny was in constant communication and for any need we had he was quick to respond. We did have 1 issue regarding plumbing towards the end of our trip but Sonny made quick plans to have it resolved before the next guest arrival and told us not to worry. The villa was nicely decorated and clean and I would not only recommend Sonny’s villa but all of his vendors

Came here for a joint bach trip, and Sonny was an amazing host and very easy to communicate with whenever we needed anything or had questions. He also connected us with a driver Dario who was great and drove us everywhere we needed to go. The Airbnb is only a 15-20 minute drive to many of the beach clubs/bars we had to go and we overall had a fantastic experience staying here for our trip in Tulum.

Sonny was the BEST Airbnb host I have ever encountered!! Usually, Airbnb hosts give a few recommendations here and there and check in on you once before your trip, during the trip and after--but Sonny was SO helpful with planning everything and was extremely responsive throughout the many months before our trip! He truly went above and beyond for us. Myself and 10 other girls enjoyed his villa for a bachelorette, and it was all of our first times in Tulum. Sonny hooked us up with beach club entry discounts, recommended local chefs to hire for the Airbnb, recommended a lady to decorate the place for us, pick up a cake for our bride, and more. He also responded via text in less than 30 min throughout the weekend! I truly was impressed with Sonny's professionalism, his positive and friendly personality, and of COURSE--we were blown away by the beautiful villa! He made our trip unforgettable and seamless. I highly recommend staying at this villa and working with Sonny!!

Sonny and Kim were great hosts. Super responsive and did their best to accommodate our large group when needed. The walk into the villa is a bit difficult for carrying luggage’s though, so keep in mind that route! Other than that, great central location near the strip and main center of Tulum! The villas fit our group of 14 comfortably for 4 days. Great overall experience!
