Casa Jalach is a little slice of rustic heaven -- except it's actually a very spacious slice. We had a big group and everyone got had their own private space with plenty of public space to spread out. The grounds and pool were lovely. The kitchen could use some upgrades but other than that, the place was great. EZ, the concierge, was the best. He made sure our entire experience was taken care of. Can't say enough about EZ. He rules!

Amazing location. Private beautiful area with nice backyard right on the beach. Ezequiel who runs the house was phenomenal. Helped set up everything for us - groceries, transport, day trips, restaurants, private chefs, night time parties. Very friendly and always available. Highly recommend! Great for a large group.

Great location! The view is absolutely spectacular. The caretaker Ezekiel, thank you for him. Always active, responsive and present for us. There were few issues with the house but once told to him it was fixed in seconds. He offered to store the fridge and kitchen with groceries and also keep the alcohol ready which saved us time. Only thing was alot was picked up so I should have told him the exact quantity. Tobias his dog was the best thing. Loved his presence. If you want a fancy place this is not for you. It is rustic, the wooden floors make alot of noise, had few amenity issues. Because we were in a big group we bypassed it. I hope the place is remodeled, more the interiors and its going to be paradise. Amazing location! Mataeos, mexican grill across the street, highly recommend too.

Overall - superb location adequate space for 13 guests beautiful pool with beach view. Close to 711 pharmacy and restaurants/shops and the hospitality was great. Concierge team helped us with rides and bookings/reservations for places we wanted to go to

Ricky and the team did great. Particularly Matthais was the GOAT and helped us navigate all of the bars, reservations, pre stay set up. He was great!! House was AMAZING 5 bars walking distance food, 7/11 across the street. 11/10 house, great service - beach access, Temezcal sweat lodge on premises

Best place to stay in Tulum. Had a part of 9. Beach front, everyone gets a private room with bathroom, nice communal spaces, steps to the beach, right in the heart of hotel zone with easy access to all the best night clubs. Only place to stay !

Great hosts

Casa Jalach, our host (Matthias), and our security guard (Christopher) exceeding all expectations for a very demanding Bachelor group of 15+ guys. Matthias and Christopher truly helped us with just about anything we needed and felt like family by the end of the trip. Matthias even found a missing phone at a club, coordinated with the club owner to find it, and drove it down to Cancun before our next day flight. They were amazing the entire trip. The rooms were well taken care of, the property has a great view and pool, and plenty of beaches/ food nearby. We had the best time in Tulum and would recommend anyone with a large group to stay here. Can’t wait to come back!

Had a wonderful visit as Casa Jalach. It’s got a great location with access to a nearby beach. The staff was helpful and accommodating. If you’re going on a trip with friends this is a nice place for large groups.

Everything was outstanding, the house fits the description and I would say is even better than in pictures. The concierge service by Matthias was perfect and took our stay to a whole new level. We were a party of 10+ with demanding asks and the house personnel always looked to accommodate and give us sound advice. The transportation to go and return from restaurants and clubs was always swiftly arranged, and groceries shopping was always taken care of. You’ll find good restaurants at walking distance and a 7/11 across the road. Thanks to the entire team of Casa Jalach for our stay

Came here for a bachelor party and had a lot of fun. The hosts were very helpful with planning transportation, parties or food. The house has a lot of space you will not feel cramped. Would definitely recommend if you’re a big group that wants access to the beach with places right outside to eat.

Matthias and his team are great! Wish there was actually sand beach access (instead of rocks), but everything else was amazing!

This Airbnb was amazing! I went for my bachelorette party and Matthias went above and beyond! The house is BEAUTIFUL, perfect location. Will 1000% be returning to stay here again. Communication was great and he was willing to help with everything!! Thank you Matthias!! Amazing private pool and beach!
