No need to look further. If you want the true Costa Rica beach experience this is the perfect neighborhood and apartment. You done need a car. It is a 5 minute walk to the most beautiful beach in the world . Playa Hermosa. Host is awesome. Nature everywhere. Toucans , monkeys right in your front yard. Private pool. Tons to do. This is Pura Vida. Book it

The apartment is very spacious, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen is super spacious and has everything you need. It's very easy to get to, and there are shops nearby. The pool was refreshing, only if it gets a lot of bugs in the water and trash, but nothing that impacted it. And it has very deep parts, then you have to be more careful if you go with children, but also nothing that affects. The condominium has a place to park, but it is not closed, the car is outside without a door. But overall, enjoy the place a lot.

Good stay overall! Chantal was very responsive and accommodating. Airbnb had everything you could possibly need. It was clean and exactly what was advertised. It is a little far from things, the beach is gorgeous but it’s a 10 min walk along the side of the road with no sidewalk. Definitely would benefit from having a car, the small stores around have a very small selection of groceries. It’s very close to Jaco tho so taking an Uber wasn’t a big deal. There was construction outside of the place during the day, it wasn’t too loud but if you’re working from home like I was, the constant noise was uncomfortable. The neighbours were quite loud as well even past 10pm. I think maybe I just expected it to be a little more quiet on that street. The pool was great and any issues with it were resolved quickly. Again, these are small things, overall we had a good time!

Me and my friends had a surf trip and this place was amazing! Only about a 10 minute walk to the beach and super close to restaurants as well as to Jaco. The pool was super refreshing after a long day at the beach and you could watch sunset from the porch! The hosts were super helpful with recommendations as well.

To me a perfect place! Will be back next year!

Fantastic apartment with a well equipped kitchen. The pool was lovely and the local restaurants where great. Great surf within a ten minute drive no matter the swell direction and size. Love this place!

Great place ! Just what my family needed.

Chantal’s place is located just minutes away from Hermosa. It’s comfortable and has lots of commodities. We really enjoyed our stay here!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Bamboo Gardens! Check in was super simple and convenient. The inside of the unit was very clean with a light and airy feel, the kitchen had everything you needed and the complimentary coffee and tea was an added bonus! Morning coffee and night caps on the covered patio was a highlight for us. We enjoyed the short walk to the beautiful Playa Hermosa beach and trying all the different restaurants along the way! Let’s not forget the pool…we had it to ourselves the entire time, well us and the iguanas! It was much needed to beat the heat! Added bonus the Mango tree located on the property….we were there at just the right time! Chantal and Andy were great hosts and very responsive to any questions we had! We will for sure be back!!
