Villa Ditcha is really spacious and welcoming. The house is extremely clean and user-friendly. The living/dining area is fantastic, and the rooms are all furnished . All furniture and appliances are well kept, and there's everything you may need for a family stay. We had a great time and definitely recommend it.

Loved the gated neighborhood! As a chaperone of 7 girls on a bachelorette party i felt safe! The house was in a perfect location with a gorgeous view of the water. I was very impressed with the management team Angie and Ali were wonderful and very responsive.

I traveled to Villa Dicha with girlfriends to celebrate a milestone birthday and it was fabulous. Gorgeous home in a stunning location with a super responsive host and concierge service. We want to come back!

The perfect place to stay in Cabo. Pedregal is a safe gated community one mile from the downtown marina and is only a $5 uber ride. The house is perfect for 8 people. I would definitely rent again.

Amazing home and views in a great neighborhood. Felt very safe and the host was very responsive and helpful with making arrangements for activities through out our trip.

Our family enjoyed staying at Villa Dicha. We enjoyed having the pool and hot tub as our place to hang together. We loved the stunning views of the sunrises,sunsets and the view of the ocean. Being able to watch the whales spouting every morning was a bonus. The team of hosts were so attentive and very much appreciated. Thank you for taking care of us.

Amazing house, great inside and outside areas to hangout and relax. Amazing hosts, very responsive and communication is great. House has everything you need to get away with family and/or friends. Community is very safe with security and front gate. You will a car / uber to get into downtown but pricing is very reasonable.

Beautiful modern home in pedegral. A quick and easy cab ride down to the marina area. Every guest was amazed by this home, and cannot wait to come back!

Pedegral is an amazing location. It’s not really walkable to the city but Uber taxis and Uber eats deliveries handles all of our needs. It is the most beautiful area to stay, in my opinion. And it is super safe.

Incredible house! Perfect for our bachelorette group. The best part was Pepe made everything SO easy from a transportation and planning perspective. He even helped us re-arrange a few things because of a change in weather. Would recommend!

This place was amazing! Elizabeth helped out and responded quickly. The air bnb itself was beautiful and well located. Pepe, who Elizabeth recommended, was incredibly helpful with all things planning. He helped coordinate airport transfer, activities, and pre-stocked everything for us so we could get our vacation started.

Views were amazing and so worth the long drive into the community! I was visiting with my girlfriends and we felt very safe throughout our entire stay.
