Excellent, clean, good location, very quiet.

Great little apartment with a nice view of the soccer field, super convenient to the markets and restaurants in the area. You can also take a path down to the back just down the block! It was a pretty cozy studio apt but worked for what I was looking for.

We loved the villa! Very comfortable, large, beautiful. Spacious rooms with A/C and TV. Bathroom, living room and kitchen all very spacious. Chairs outside to sit and relax. Pool next to it of a good size. The parking lot is a bit cramped if the villas are full, but it's fine. It has a 220 outlet to charge electric vehicles, which is excellent. Communication with the lady and her daughter in charge of the villa's administration is very good, very friendly and helpful. Everything was excellent, a 100 rating!

Very good and close to the beach

Everything is very good, the place is very nice and quiet. It was very tidy and clean. They even give you pool towels. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking! Beautiful, thank you!

The condo was perfect for what we needed. There was good space for four people, the kitchenette was perfect for breakfast and lunch preparations, restaurants and beach were close by. Note that the villa is the ground floor of a two story condo in a two building compound. Pool was a shared pool. While there was a good deal of street traffic noise during the day, evenings were fine. The Puerto Carillo beach was spectacular.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location is excellent with only a short walk to the beach. There are a few good restaurants and a mini mart all in a short walkable distance. Jessica and Maria are wonderful and always helpful. The beds were very comfortable and it was a bonus to have beach chairs available. The units are equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I will be returning next year!

We had a wonderful stay with our two year old! The pool was perfect with a large step for pay and jumping from. The street can be loud at times with motorcycles but she slept right though. The staff were friendly and constantly cleaning and keeping the grounds nice. There’s a small store close by and several good restaurants to walk to. The beaches close by are were beautiful and swimmable. Alex was a great host! Responded quickly and provided great directions from the airport.

We loved the place, it was more than we expected. Great place to go with small children, very private and safe. The place has all the amenities and if you need anything our host responded quickly, they even provided us with a grill. Very happy, 100% recommended.
