Highly recommend! The views and wildlife that we saw just from the patio was amazing! This house feels less like an Airbnb and more like a family home that you are borrowing. They have so many little touches like games/puzzles/coloring/beach toys/chairs/umbrellas that make traveling with kids so easy. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances. We didn’t need or miss anything while staying at Jen’s home. It’s high up the mountain but only about a 8min drive to multiple restaurants and grocery stores. Playa Ventanas beach was only 15mins away. We had an incredible time at this house, definitely book it!

The house is really beautiful. Everything it had was amazing. There was everything. We knew that whatever we needed, we would have it within reach. The house is very nice, quite spacious, ventilated and cozy. Of course, you absolutely need a four-wheel drive vehicle. We were told that it didn't have to be a 4x4, but it absolutely must be. From where the paved street ends, it's a street made entirely of stone with quite steep slopes. It's very difficult to get there. We recommend that hosts put up signs along the way, because that makes arrival easier, especially where there are intersections. In short, yes, we recommend it. We loved everything except the trip and how difficult it is to get there.

A spectacular house complete with everything you need for a great stay. Here we find nature, very nice ocean views, and a quiet and private atmosphere. The road is also passable for cars (I went in my electric BYD Seagull). Highly recommended house.

We loved our stay in Ojochal! The house is beautiful, exactly as described, and very clean. It offers all the amenities advertised, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The instructions to get there are clear and essential — everything went smoothly. The pool is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration, and the environment is quiet and pleasant. For shopping, several options are available: two small grocery stores about 10 minutes away in Ojochal, and larger ones in Uvita, 15–20 minutes away by car. We strongly recommend this house

WOW! What a dream come true to stay at this amazing airbnb! My expectations were high, but arriving to the airbnb surpassed those expectations! I will say the drive up to the airbnb was a bit more tricky to get to on our first try but it made it that much more adventurous and thrilling! If you are looking for an incredible stay for the true paradise in a gorgeous private villa in Costa Rica, don’t hesitate! I traveled with my family of 5 for the first time ever to CR and it was such an experience we will never forget! Thank you again Annie & Jens!!

We had a wonderful time. It's definitely true. You need a 4 x4, but it takes about 7 minutes on dirt road to get to the property. But it is, it is absolutely beautiful tons of space. Great for entertaining the pool, the balconies. You thought you were in the Spanish mansion? Thank you so much.
