Excellent! The location is ideal, the house is 100% as shown in the photos, and everything is very clean and well equipped. Don José is very friendly. I would definitely come back again.

We liked the stay. It was very close to the beach, the rooms were comfortable, and the house in general was spacious. It was as shown in the description. What should be improved is the length of stay, since check-in is very late and the place must be vacated early, which does not allow time to have lunch on the premises.

The host responded quickly. The caretaker, Mr. Omar, is a lovely person. The house is clean, comfortable, very cozy, and spacious. It has many mirrors and spaces to take pictures, which we appreciated. There is a power limit that covers the payment (50w). We stayed one night with 13 people and we did not exceed the limit. Excellent service!!

Omar was attentive and responded quickly to our questions. José, the maintenance man for the house, was amazing—he helped us with everything and was always available for any needs! I would go back without a second thought!

Our stay was excellent, from the beginning Omar was very helpful and answered all our questions. The house was clean, tidy and the young man who takes care of the accommodation always helped us when we needed him, attentive and kind.

Beautiful place and at walkable distance to the beach. It was pretty close to different attractions nearby. Jose, the caretaker was very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the price and we will definitely stay again when visiting Nicaragua.
