The accommodation is spectacular. The photos don't do it justice. Everything is super nice: the beautiful house, its layout, the rooms and bathrooms, the pool, the ranch. We had a great time. A great experience.

The house was spotless, very well organized, and incredibly cozy, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Communication with the hosts was outstanding throughout our stay. They were friendly, responsive, and very helpful whenever we needed anything. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and high-quality experience. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home near Puerto Viejo. The grounds were gorgeous, the pool and deck were highlights, and the layout was very comfortable. The AC worked great, and the property felt private and secure. It was a special place, and we loved being surrounded by the beauty of the home and nature. Short walk (5m) to Playa Negro and short drive (5m) to Puerto Viejo center.

The house is beautiful, very well maintained and absolutely clean. The room layout is well thought out, and everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. The pool and garden are particularly beautiful. The large covered terrace was ideal, especially during the rainy season. The pool was cleaned regularly, and the house is close to the sea. We used our car to get to the lively village with its many restaurants and shops. Carina was very friendly, helpful and reliable. Also the check-in worked smoothly. We enjoyed our stay and can absolutely recommend the place.

Carine was very friendly and helpful. He always responded to messages quickly. The house is very nice and comfortable. The pool area is beautiful, the gardens are very well maintained, and you can see animals and birds on the property. I recommend it.

Absolutely perfect for our family of 5 - grandparents, parents and a 4 year old. Beautiful setting. Property is fenced and gated. Outdoor area was perfect for meals, relaxing, swimming and enjoying birds and nature. Indoor areas were also perfect. Designed to capture the breezes it was lovely and comfortable. Bedrooms were located to allow for quiet and privacy and were very comfortable. 3 bathrooms and a laundry were a plus. It meet all our needs, gathering as a family, quiet spaces to read or bird watch, playtime with granddaughter and space for adults to work. Easy walk to the beach, nearby convenience store and restaurant. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! Cathy.

Very nice accommodation close to the nice Playa Negra beach. Lovely house with all the amenities you could wish for. We were 6 people and there was plenty of space both indoors and around the pool and terrace. Walking distance to Puerto Viejo and easy to experience the region.

Carine’s home is even better than the photos somehow. An absolute paradise! We loved the outdoor space with pool and great seating, the beds were so comfy and each room had everything we needed, and the space is private with amazing nature surrounding. We loved walking to the beach and we were close to lots of amazing restaurants. Thank you!
