Stayed 2 days with husband and son. Olivia’s place is nice and clean. Beds are very comfortable. Very spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Short walk to beach and restaurants. Only issue was the pool, which was a selling point for us when we rented. When we got in the pool was very dirty. Told Olivia, she was responsive but the pool guy only came next day at 3h pm … after cleaning and treatment, it was ok on the morning we left… did not get to enjoy it.

I’m very sorry about that. The pool person did go that morning before you checked in but you are right the pool was still a bit cloudy.

Perfect place for our stay with kids. The pool and the trampoline were a huge hit! And it was an easy walk to the gorgeous beach where the kids had endless fun swimming and exploring the tide pools. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for self-catering.

Nice place, little old but nice. Main issue we had with this place was a bad smell in master bedroom. Sewage smell coming from a pipe close to master bathroom. Make sure to ask the host if they fix it before you book.

Clients like you makes me feel like clients that ask for many discounts are problem makers. The house was very clean and no smells. You left your garbage inside and outside the house and the kitchen a mess.

Our family had a wonderful stay here. We loved the pool and being close enough to walk to the beach. A beautiful place to relax!

Perfect location. Walking distance to the beach. We saw howler monkeys nearby. The pool could use a cleaning, but we enjoyed using it. The grill worked great. Very spacious accommodations for our family of 4. Would definitely stay here again!

Here is a review I wrote for airbnb Location is key with this property—less than a 5-minute walk to beautiful Playa Grande Beach with breathtaking views. We even saw monkeys on our walk to the beach. The home is also within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and small supermarkets, and excursions can easily be booked nearby or through the Airbnb concierge. The bedrooms are very spacious, and the pool ( although tired looking) this area with outdoor furniture was a great place to relax. A nice added bonus was the two beach chairs and beach towels provided. Since we were a group of six, we rented additional chairs and a shade canopy from a local surf shop. We are experienced travelers and would recommend this Airbnb. 🌴

The house was lovely, the pool perfect and the everything was well equipped and perfect for our two families. Olivia was extremely responsive, helpful and let us keep our luggage and shower after checkout before catching our flight, this was so very much appreciated!

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay at Olivia's place. The villa was spacious and airy, and we loved the location, an easy walk to beautiful Playa Grande and several restuarants.

The house is very spacious and beautiful, the location is good, the neighbors are quiet, it is a safe place, you can walk to the beach. The house is super equipped, the kitchen, the bathrooms, the pool is large. My only comment would be that the locks are a bit tedious to put on (chain and padlocks) almost all Airbnbs use a code instead of keys. Also keep in mind that check-out is at 10 am.

We loved the spacious open area of this beautiful house. The location is excellent, and the neighborhood is safe, peaceful, and quiet. There are lovely beaches nearby, and Playa Grande is just a short walk away. The house comes with a couple of beach chairs, beach towels, and no umbrellas (just a heads up). The beds are very comfortable, but they could use a good cleaning in the house and poll.

RECOMMENDED The place is beautiful, large, beautiful pool, spacious rooms and bathrooms, very well-equipped kitchen. Close to the beach to walk. I hope to be back soon.

Olivia was great and the place was awesome. Very short walk to the beach and beautiful surroundings. For sure recommend!
