The layout of the house is perfect for big families. The place is very quiet. The pool, the rooms, and the bathrooms are very good. Maybe some parts need a bit of maintenance (on the beach, things deteriorate very quickly). I would rent it again!! Thank you very much to Pat, who was very attentive to everything!

Very comfortable, spacious, and very nicely decorated. We really liked that each room had its own bathroom. We also really liked the layout of the house. Perfect for children.

The house is spectacular! The rooms, each with its own bathroom, are extremely comfortable and the decor is very nice. The pool is amazing! We asked to stay later and they had no problem, which allowed us to enjoy our last day in Santa Teresa! The stay here is highly recommended!

Good location, easy to get to, private. It has everything you need for a group that requires 5 separate rooms. The common spaces, such as the pool and the kitchen, are in excellent condition. We would stay again.

We so enjoyed our family stay in this beautiful house! The five suites were such a treat, and the pool was beautiful and relaxing. There were many things to do close by (tide pools & snorkeling!) and plenty of delicious dining options nearby. Everything opened up to feel very communal, and a large table is wonderful for games in the evening. It felt like we were staying in a magazine home! Highly recommend!

We really liked the place; it is exactly as shown in the photos. The host always responded promptly and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out... It is in a very good location to enjoy the area!

The house is beautiful and conveniently located near Malpaís; however, unfortunately the area seems to be becoming increasingly unsafe. During our stay, my family was robbed, and personal belongings, cash, and even assets from our family business were stolen. Nothing belonging to the house was taken—only our personal property—which not only prevented us from enjoying our stay, but also caused my mother and grandmother to remain in the house the following day because they were afraid to leave it unattended again. In addition, this incident will have financial consequences for us because of the business items we lost. Despite everything, Max was always very kind and attentive to anything we needed, but the security at this villa definitely needs to be improved.
