This place exceeded all of our expectations. The construction, interior design and the beach views from every room was incredible. While we were there, a tropical storm hit and both Joel and Beth were so helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. If you are booking a trip to Nicaragua you are missing out if you don’t book here. We hope to come back in the near future!

Very nice, luxurious house in an extraordinary beachfront location! The service was excellent, and they were always ready to help us with whatever we needed.

We came down for a couple of days to surf and relax. The house was perfectly situated and a short drive from world class surf breaks. Jimi the house manager dialed us in and showed us around to all of the local surf breaks, facilitated a fishing trip where we landed the fish of a lifetime, made us feel safe and took care of any and all of our needs including airport transport and car rental. Beth’s home was beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The photos do not do it justice. I will definitely be back to stay at Beth’s home.

What a place! My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Bath and Joel's place! The house is even prettier than in the pictures, if that's possible! Jimmy took great care of us, regularly checking to see if everything was okay for us and helping us out. Absolutely lovely! The direct beachfront location is a big plus for long walks or playing in the waves. This house allows you to live without feeling like you're between four walls. Both the grown-ups and the kids were thrilled! Thanks!!!

Our stay at this beautiful beachfront home was absolutely incredible! The property is well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with every amenity you could possibly need. Waking up to the ocean views each day was unforgettable. The service was absolutely excellent—responsive, attentive, and truly welcoming. Jimmi was so kind and helpful with any questions and needs. The location couldn’t be better, feeling like a much needed peaceful retreat. My family and I enjoyed ourselves tremendously. We will definitely stay here again!

Had such a lovely stay at this beautiful home. The construction and materials in this home were just as pictured - wow! Not a lot of homes you see on Airbnb exceed the photos in expectations. Karina was the absolute best and treated us like royalty from the time we booked throughout our stay until we left. She hooked us up with the best restaurants, rental car dropped off and picked up, dropped us off soup when we were feeling sick, horseback riding on the beach, walked us to the tide pools, and took us to a baby turtle release where I literally sobbed. Loved everything about the stay in this gem of a location. Thank you Karina and all the hosts!

Amazing house, had good WiFi, great AC and hot water for showers which is rare in Nicaragua.

Our stay was absolutely incredible!! I traveled with seven other gals and only stayed in the main house. I was speechless walking through the house and out back toward the ocean. The photos are very accurate but this home is STUNNING in person. Everything is exactly as described and pictured. The host was very responsive from the time booking through check-out. Together we arranged a daily cook, daily yoga instructor, and massage therapist to come to the house and take our stay to a luxurious level. We felt very safe, as there is a friendly groundskeeper that is always at the house. The house is easily walkable to a few cute restaurants and a longer walk to even more places. The beach is incredibly beautiful and walkable. Tide pools are near by and accessible at low tide. We all had such an amazing time and I’m already planning a trip back with a few families.

The house is so well constructed and modern it was dream. Very well build, comfortable and well maintained. We will be back! And karina was the best host
