We had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. Vanessa was an exceptional host. She was incredibly communicative, responsive, and accommodating from the moment we booked until the end of our stay. She made everything so easy and was always happy to help with recommendations or answer any questions. We really liked the house. It is very beautiful, spacious and exactly as shown in the photos. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return another time. In addition, the host was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

This is a wonderful rental! The house and pool area are amazing! The house was exceptionally clean and so beautifully decorated! We also loved the location - an easy walk to stores, the beach, and some great restaurants!

Home is an absolute gem, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We rented a golf cart, which made getting around extremely easy. Many beaches (Playa Flamingo was our favorite) within a short drive. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Supermarket also within 1-2min drive. Vanessa was a lovely host. From booking to departure, she was practically our personal concierge and that was not expected whatsoever. Highly recommend both this home and any listing Vanessa is tied to.

My family and I had an amazing time at this beautiful house. We loved the location and the house had everything we needed to really enjoy our stay. Spectacular backyard and pool, the outdoor showers and the wall of sliding doors made this place very special. Vanessa was great to work with! Super responsive and helpful with the house, activities and the town. We loved Potrero. It was exactly what we were looking for with restaurants (gluten free options everywhere), bars and grocery stores. The house was a 5 min walk from the beach or main street so everything was easily walkable. Will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful family vacation. The layout of the home works beautifully and feels very comfortable. The outdoor space was a big favorite for us—the BBQ area, along with how the living room opens directly to the pool and terrace, made it perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. The house is in excellent condition and had everything we needed during our stay. Vanessa was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend this property.

We had a fantastic stay! This Airbnb is the perfect jumping-off point for exploring the many beautiful beaches of Guanacaste. Playa Flamingo, Playa Conchal, Playa Potrero, and Playa Grande were all easy drives, making it simple to pack each day with new adventures. The house itself is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The AC works well, the pool was perfect for mornings annd evenings when the kids wanted to be in more water, and we appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and thoughtful touches throughout the space. The surrounding area feels safe and peaceful, and having grocery stores and restaurants nearby made it easy to settle in quickly. Whether you’re planning to beach-hop, chase sunsets, or just unwind in between outings, this place is an ideal base. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Vanessa was the most amazing host! From helping find the location to coordinating events for us to visit local beaches. The place was INCREDIBLE- the patio/pool area is absolutely gorgeous. I can’t rave enough about the outdoor shower in the main bedroom and the pool! We had a great time! We will visit again!

Our stay in the Home in Guanacaste Province (Hosted by Vanessa) was absolutely amazing. The home is very well equipped and stunning, especially with the glass patio doors fully opened creating an indoor/outdoor living space. It was very refreshing to swim in the pool after a long day of exploring the beaches. And we appreciated the beach towels. The kitchen is fully equipped like any American kitchen including a refrigerator/Freezer with filtered water and ice, microwave, stove and the sink even has a garbage disposal. There are plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and even Tupperware for leftovers. The outdoor barbeque worked well for grilling up meat. The air conditioner worked great in all rooms and having 3.5 bathrooms is very convenient for large families. The location worked well for us as we didn't have a rental car and were able to walk to restaurants and stores. Highly recommend.

The home was clean and beautiful. Pictures were accurate and location was great. Quiet neighborhood, but yet, close to restaurants and the beaches. A/C worked great in the high heat and pool was a perfect reprieve from the heat! Outdoor shower in master bath was fantastic. Had a great stay!

Our family absolutely adored staying in this home for our time in Costa Rica. It was so easy to explore the surrounding areas. The home is beautiful and the outdoor shower was a real treat! Our host was kind and responsive.
