Loved it much we booked for next year.

We loved the place and it was perfect for our group. It got a little warm in the main area when we were cooking but otherwise we had a great time.

We spent a long weekend at the house for our annual Book Club trip and it is now one of our favorites. We had a large group of women, but there was plenty of space for everyone. The daily maid service is great and we did hire a private chef to come and cook one dinner and one brunch for us at the house. The other meals were spent at close local restaurants. We had a rental car which was nice because it was so hot, but the restaurants were easily walkable. We were able to snorkel directly in front of the house and saw amazing fish and coral. I would book again in a heartbeat!

Our group of friends/couples only have great things to say about our stay at Casa Zuma! We were never inside and spent all of our time in the pool...the back patio and view is way better in real life than the pictures in the listings. The staff was so helpful and thorough that we never had to ask for a thing; which was the icing on the cake and made this the perfect spot.

Casa Zama was incredible. We felt so lucky to stay in such a beautiful spot. The kids had so much fun walking along the rocks looking for sea creatures, and the adults had fun relaxing by the pool and on the private beach. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the housekeepers and grounds keeper. They really made our stay. They took such good care of us, gave great recommendations and were so friendly. The area was very safe, and there is a good restaurant on the beach 5 minutes walk away, and a wonderful little breakfast restaurant about a 10 min walk away. You can also go to a Cenote in the Akumal north neighborhood!

We had a fabulous time at Casa Zama! The location is so beautiful, the pool is fabulous, and the snorkeling right off the beach is top notch. The staff (Tere, Teresa, Efraim and Rocio) are so friendly and helpful and leave the place clean and tidy every morning. The area is safe and quiet, with multiple restaurants and shops within walking distance. We could have stayed much longer and we hope to come back someday!

This home was in an incredible location and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Loved waking up in the morning and having my coffee on the beach. Only thing to mention is that 4 of the bedrooms are not attached to the living area and have their own locks, separate from the house. Not the best for families traveling with small children.

Amazing location in Akumal. The home is beautiful and well maintained. The house staff and ground keeper were great. Will stay here again in the future.

great site , exceptional views, cleaning every day . Beautiful heated pool .tranquille, safe . Good service . Very good restaurant on the beach 2 steps from the house .

Lovely place to stay. Stunning location, with daily cleaning service (except one day of the stay), and several things walkable. Wish the common spaces were air conditioned as it did get quite hot in there (at least dehumidifiers would help), but other than that we thoroughly enjoyed the stay!

The place was beautiful. Rocio was very helpful. She planned our chef dinner with Daveed and also had the house maid (sorry, i forget her name) prepare a delicious lunch for us. We traveled in a group of 9. We all enjoyed. The staff were attentive. I really have no complaints at all. I just wish we had cash to leave tips like we wanted. It would help to have some kinda of electronic payment for that because i really regret not being able to leave them something for their great service. We would definitely come back if we decide to visit Tulum again. Thanks for hosting us.

Casa zama was amazing!! Even more stunning than the pictures. It was great for our bachelorette of 10 girls. They were so responsive and let us drop our bags early and hand staff on site for cleaning and gardening. Was a perfect stay !
