Murielle

This is a great property, clean, private, beautiful, just like in the pictures! There's a view of the sea from the terrace, which is very spacious and comfortably furnished. The outdoor kitchen is great, we used the grill to cook our breakfast, the guys in our group were very happy! The infinity pool is also outstanding, we used it pretty much every evening. Inside was very comfortable, the air conditioners and fans worked perfectly, beds were great, bathrooms clean, loved the toiletries as well. Vidal the caretaker was very nice and available to help while giving us our privacy. The location was very convenient to shops and food within walking distance, and out the gate is the beach. Overall we had a five star experience, would definitely come back, and recommend it 100%.

An excellent place to spend a few days with the family. We enjoyed the Punto Alto pool very much. The rooms are very comfortable, all with bathrooms. The house in general is excellent and a very good point to explore the large number of nearby beaches. Conchal can be reached on foot. Brasilito is still a quiet place, and you can enjoy the surroundings a lot. Brasilito beach is steps from the house, with beautiful sunsets. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay. I would definitely go back.

What a fantastic stay! We stayed here during our trip to Guanacaste and honestly it exceeded our expectations. The pool was perfect after a hot day of exploring, the beds were some of the most comfortable we've slept in while traveling, and the kitchen was so well stocked we actually cooked a couple of nights without needing to run out for anything. The biggest highlight though was Vidal, the caretaker on site. He went above and beyond, pointing us to local restaurants we never would have found on our own and even booked a couple of tours for us. That kind of local knowledge is hard to find and it made a real difference in our trip. Brasilito is a gem and this Villa Neptune made it even better. Would stay again without hesitation.

This place in Brasilito was amazing. Everything from the housekeeper welcome, to the amazing beaches, to the exciting pool, to the beautiful home, this made our relaxing part of the vacation wonderful. The beaches are steps away. Monkeys were down the beach in trees. Sunsets were spectacular. Short drives for groceries or activities. Enjoyed the local food, including fruit vendors and, my son’s favorite, the guy selling pork skewers. Very private and safe. You hear wildlife and doesn’t feel touristy at all. Enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Neptune and would absolutely recommend it to others visiting the area. The home was beautiful, spacious, and very well equipped for a larger group. The kitchen had everything we needed, the outdoor spaces were lovely for relaxing, and the location made it easy to explore the surrounding beaches and towns. Playa Brasilito has such a laid-back charm, and we especially loved spending time at Playa Conchal where the snorkeling was incredible. One of the highlights of our trip was the Blue Dolphin catamaran tour, which was recommended by Vidal, the caretaker. Vidal was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay and truly added to the experience. Murielle was also wonderful to coordinate with, communication was smooth, friendly, and easy from start to finish. We really appreciated how responsive and accommodating she was. Overall, Villa Neptune gave us the perfect place to relax, reconnect as a family, and enjoy the beauty of Costa Rica.

We had the best stay! This is my favorite airbnb of all time. There we 6 of us and there was tons of room. The pool is incredible. You can hear the ocean from the pool and patio. Beach is very close. And the sea shell Beach is about a 20 minute walk with slow teenagers. Several grocery/market options and great restaurants. Great Town, lovely friendly people, very safe. The host was very responsive and easy to work with. Vidal, the caretaker, was so helpful and made our trip so easy. He set up transportation, trips, boat rides, massages and had a wealth of knowledge. He kept the pool and the grounds spotless. We saw tons of cool birds and other animals. The house was perfect too, nice and cool. Main house has 3 large bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Extra unit has king bed and a great place to escape to. We Spent most of our home time under covered outdoor area which had a huge comfortable couch and outdoor kitchen. We made breakfast out there most days. We can't wait to come back

We enjoyed our second stay at villa Neptune but this time with friends. The location was great - within walking access to two beautiful beaches. Playa conchal cannot be missed! We were also 10 mins away from the flamingo marina. The outdoor space is awesome! Pool and bbq are perfect. Certainly some quirks - the rooster next door was still there 4 years later….greeting me at 5am every morning :) but otherwise slept great. Vidal the house caretaker was very helpful and helped us with transportation and ensured our stay was smooth. Would recommend!

Murielle was so kind to host us for a very last minute reservation! We loved the local feel of Brasilito and the proximity to Playa Conchal - it’s stunning. Murielle sent a ton a resources to our small group - you should take advantage of these if you are staying here! Vidal, the caretaker, is super nice and provided us with transportation around the area! We went deep sea fishing out of Tamarindo with Murielle’s stepson who works for a fishing charter company and it was awesome! Had massages by the pool! Very lovely place and hope to come back!

Murielle was an absolute gem of a host, flexible, helpful, kind, responsive and honest. I would absolutely love to stay in her home again. The property was fantastic, organized, great location and beautiful. This was probably the best airbnb experiences I’ve had. Hats off to Murielle!

Fantastic place right across from beautiful quiet nearly private beach. Easy walk to restaurants and coffee shop. Tons of space and beach amenities (chairs, umbrellas, toys). We absolutely loved the place and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Murielle’s home is beautiful and very well appointed. The swimming pool is a huge plus as is the proximity to 2.5 km quiet beach! Having Vidal on site was a great plus. He gives great advice and can fix small problems if they come up. We happily recommend this home! It was truly a five star experience!

Murielle's house is dreamy, with very nice decor, all the spaces are to be enjoyed. The kitchen deserves a special mention, with an excellent design and very well equipped, and the space adjacent to the pool, spacious, with very comfortable furniture that invites you to enjoy the house. Murielle's service was impeccable, with suggestions that were very useful to us, from places to eat, supermarkets to Lady's massage service, excellent. His responses were always very quick. It is worth highlighting the constant attention of Vidal, the house manager who was always attentive to our concerns and always collaborated with us very kindly. Regarding the area, it is very quiet, you can see that it is starting to develop tourist-wise, the beach is across the street, in front of the house. It is definitely a great and highly recommended place to stay and get to know all the beauty of the area!

A beautiful home that worked perfectly for our family gathering. The pool was a big hit as was the easy access to the beach. Sunset swims in the ocean were wonderful. Vidal, the onsite caretaker was super helpful and friendly.
