It was perfect for our family. Great place, friendly staff. Stunning views. Only wish there were more common items available in the kitchen and that we could have had access to a washer / dryer in the suite.

We had a wonderful time. Place was as advertised. Clean and the air conditioner work great. Views were excellent . Ocean is a little rocky. Wish they had a few more spices and oils to make cooking easier. Most cupboards were lock.

Great location with unobstructed beach front views and lovely patio. The front desk was friendly and responsive. The five gallon bottled water was appreciated and replenished when requested. Thank you! A few items that need attention within the unit: dish washer was broken (a big disappointment as we did some cooking); the kitchen sink lacks an aerator on the faucet (a simple thing to remedy and would avoid much unnecessary splashing/getting clothes wet); while there is a washer/dryer in the unit it is behind a locked door so unavailable (please consider making this available to guests who are paying $550/night!); light switches, of which there are many, are unmarked and led to much unnecessary flipping on/off to find the correct one (also a simple remedy); and the freezer started leaking while we were there (fortunately we weren't using it so no food was spoiled). Otherwise we love our stay in Akumal!

Our stay was very pleasant in front of the sea .. The Villa super clean ... I just didn't like lunch but everything else was very good!

The place is very nice and quiet, with a beautiful beach. Although it has a lot of stone, this does not prevent the bath as there is a sandy corner that is great to enjoy. The house is exactly the same as in the photos, which was a positive point. The host was very attentive, which made the stay even more comfortable. However, we miss a more equipped kitchen, with items such as cutting knives, wine glasses and a sandwich maker, which would make a difference in the experience. But overall it was very positive , we would certainly return at a future opportunity!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming apartment in Akumal, and it was an experience to remember. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail in the apartment. It was evident that the space is meticulously maintained, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. The real highlight, however, is the breathtaking ocean view. Waking up to the sight of the turquoise waters each morning was nothing short of magical. The large windows and private balcony offered uninterrupted views of the stunning coastline, making it the perfect spot for relaxing with a cup of coffee or enjoying a sunset.

Beautiful place m, well managed, right on the beach. If you are lucky you can see volunteers ushering turtle and new hatchlings into the water.

Villas Akumal is more than excellent! The place is so cozy and has an amazing view. Lizbeth and Claudia supported us in everything, very attentive and attentive to needs. We will definitely be back here!

A beautiful place, it is very worth it. the apartment is very nice, all the bedrooms are very comfortable and private bathroom. All in climate, the main one with a living room, a dining room and a private kitchenette. All the furniture quite comfortable, the perfect pools and the wonderful ocean view. Excellent place for people who like tranquility and privacy
