Everything was great, very clean, and the location is excellent

The house is amazing. It's better than what you can imagine from the photos. The host is always attentive to any situation that arises and offers you some “plus” services that make your stay more comfortable. We always had total privacy inside the house, and when a problem arose, the host resolved it remotely without any issues. The whole family felt comfortable and the children were delighted. We would definitely stay there again.

What can I say about Raul’s home. What a gem of a place! It was such a wonderful surprise to stay here. Raul helped my family and I to stay here when we had a rough experience from another Airbnb. I’m so glad we got to stay here. It felt cozy, it was clean, the host was amazing and always wanting to make sure we were good, comfortable and happy. The host also has golf carts that he reasonably rents out and make everything that much more fun and convenient especially with a little one. I loved this place so much and can’t wait to go back. Thank you so much for this wonderful stay.

The stay was very pleasant. The house was very clean and as shown in the photos. The owner was always attentive and responded quickly.

My family and I stayed at this place and we all enjoyed the house, we love the peaceful atmosphere, the best thing was that fifth avenue is one block away and there are many restaurants, convenience stores and a lot of things to do around. Pamela was a great host and helped us with all our needs. I highly recommend this place, you will love it and feel right at home.

Great stay overall! The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed, including reliable AC. The host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. The property offered excellent value for the price, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Playa del Carmen.
