Great location close to everything ! Host was very responsive. Check out Sharkys Tuesday karaoke while you’re there ! Would definitely stay again .

I arrived early after an overnight flight and was sooo grateful to get early check in! During my week stay, there were a couple of maintenance issues and they were dealt with quickly. The pool is absolutely lovely and the balcony was a great place to hang out…especially in the evening. Thank you Silvia!

Kind of a hidden gem very close to downtown shops, restaurant and the beach.

Everything is as offered. The only thing, as I mentioned, is that the entrance street is very deteriorated for vehicles

Great location for walking everywhere. Staff were friendly. Pool was fantastic to cool off in. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

As far as places to stay in tamarindo this is one of the best bang for your buck spots. Fully equipped kitchen, nice ac in the room, comfy beds, sound proof, the courtyard and pool is real nice and tranquil and there’s a friendly cat roaming around. It’s 5-10 min walk from the beach through the town. Very close to farmers market grocery store and bank. Would stay again!

Our stay at Villa Martina was fantastic! Silvia, our host, was exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable, readily addressing all our requests. We truly appreciate her hospitality. Villa Martina itself is a wonderful property. We highly recommend Villa Martina and would definitely stay there again. 5 stars!

We loved staying at this clean and comfortable apartment in Tamarindo! it was an easy walk to town and the beach, we cooked in the kitchen, and Silvia was so so kind! she got in touch with me before the trip, brought us beach towels and a pan for the oven, and was super communicative and all around great. highly recommend for a surf trip to Tamarindo!

We enjoyed our stay in Tamarindo, and this place couldn’t be in a better location for its price! We got to see many different birds right from our balcony, including howler monkeys and their babies!! The room is basic but has everything you need. The pool was clean and a good temperature to dip into after a long day of exploring. Thank you again!! We will be back.

Outstanding. Location was great. Many restaurants close by. Walk to the beach, large super market The property and room were excellent. Best of all was Sylvia the host. She looked after everything with smiles. Knew where to go. What were the best places, helped with the taxis. Property was well kept. Would recommend highly for solo or families. Everything worked and was well stocked. Thanks Sylvia for a great experience.

This home is in a cute condominium around a pool. It's pretty, tropical and quite quiet, and yet located a short walk to this buzzing town that is Tamarindo. Monkeys swaying from tree to tree, and multicolored birds fly over the pool! Furniture and equipment are simple but convenient!
