Had difficulties with check in but host gave us a later check out which was very nice! A beautiful airbnb and well maintained. A bit of a walk from everything but if you’re fine walking 10 minutes to the beach/restaurant areas, it’s a great find.

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back again. Tamarindo was lovely, and the home made the experience even better. Facundo was an awesome property manager, super helpful and always available whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend this place. The pictures don’t even do it justice. The pool is incredibly beautiful and so refreshing. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy the area.

This home was fantastic. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was very private. The gated community with only 9 units made it feel very safe. It was also very quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool which was just steps away from where we were staying. The home was a short walking distance to restaurants and about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach. The home came stocked with beach amenities like chairs and a cooler and beach towels and even Yoga mats. There was a good amount of storage for clothes. The washer/dryer was nice to have as well. We highly recommend staying here.

We LOVED this placed! The pool is so pretty and the grounds are better than pictured. The place was perfect for myself, husband and two sons. The place is so well equipped- we cooked the entire time and weren’t missing anything. Thanks for a lovely stay!!!

The property is lovely - very safe, secure access and the pool is essential as, while only 10-mins to be beach, the wind can get up making relaxing on the beach a bit sandy! It was easy to walk to the grocery store, restaurants and the tours we booked picked us up at the entrance to the property. Very relaxing and lovely with a built in holler monkey alarm system!

Absolutely my favourite Airbnb to date! The condo was actually better than I expected. Completely remodelled and everything you need. Like a home away from home but with a pool. 😉 Patty was very easy to deal with and very responsive. Jorge is the property manager and makes you feel so welcome as well. The entire complex is immaculate and all of the tenants are very friendly but never imposing. I cannot wait to return!

Everything was absolutely perfect - really was a slice of paradise. The house has everything you need and more. The place felt even larger than the photos. The property managers were so quick to respond to any inquiries while we were there as well. There isn’t anything else we could have ask for!

My daughter and I had the pleasure of staying in Tamarindo at the Casa Smiling Gecko, and the experience was great! Jorge went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and had everything we needed from giving advice of day trips to helping us find local food.
