Very disappointed considering all the good reviews this house had. The house is beautiful however there were more downs than ups. We had no AC in our kids' bedroom and no water for 2 days which caused us to leave early. The refund issued was a total joke and didn’t even cover what was paid per night. When we started to send host issues they addressed it the next day with zero urgency. The bed and sheets in one bedroom were covered with ants and I’m not sure what bug kept biting us all over but that happened in all bedrooms. The water in the pool, temperature-wise, was hotter than a hot tub therefore it was impossible to cool down and relax. Walked up to the rooftop once and there were outdoor roaches all over so we never went back up. Those are all over the house and outside as well. The housekeeper was more helpful than the host which was very disappointing. We would never stay here again.

It was a trip with my friends and we loved it. The house is very large and spacious, the area is quiet and easy to get to, and the rooftop has an incredible view. We were very comfortable. I recommend it!!!

This house is a true treasure. There were wild animals everywhere. The backyard was incredible. Only pool in Mexico I’ve ever been able to dive in. Beautiful waterfall and the hammocks gave it an extra special touch. Don’t sleep in one though, the mosquitoes will eat you for breakfast. My group plans to return and stay here again. The staff checked in multiple times a day to see if we needed anything and they became family.

Exactly what we looking for! We wanted to relax away from the tourist areas. We love beaches but we’re more interested in the privacy of pool and outdoor living. We slept like babes with the air conditioning and blackout blinds. Spent our days relaxing in the pool and taking naps on the shaded outdoor living spaces. Plenty of space in the kitchen, dining area and living room to gather and make meals or play games. Close enough to restaurants, grocery stores and the North Side to take in the culture and attractions. Definitely needed a golf cart. And pesos are the main currency. Lots of cash only spots

Always responsive, helpful information. A/C was cold, water was hot. Nice quiet end of the island away from the crowds. Definitely need a golf cart to get around. lots of nice restaurants relatively close.

Our friend/family group enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice, there was plenty of space for all of us, the rooftop and patio views were amazing. The house and the listed amenities were just as described.

Located in the most tranquil part of the island away from the rat race but still close to everything you need, including good restaurants. beautiful house and pool. 4 stars only because the property lost power for half a day which caused some inconveniences. the hosts are fantastic and extremely responsive. highly recommend.
