I've stayed in this penthouse twice now, and I honestly don't think i could ever vacation the same way again. The views, the decor, the rooms... everything about this BnB is absolutely perfect. It has 360° views of the island, with a west facing infinity pool on the roof & 3 east facing livingroom balconies. All 5 rooms have amazing views (4 west facing & 1 east facing), INCREDIBLY comfortable bedding, and their own balconies! Its a wonderful place to party with your friends for a weekend or even just relax and have a sip of wine on the balcony. The host is responsive when needed, and the building staff and security are actually incredibly friendly! The bulding itself is located perfectly between West Bay and West End, so driving to either of the 2 areas doesnt feel too long. There's even a cute bakery and a distillery within walking distance. I honestly dont think I could ever stay anywhere else if i came back to Roatan!! Cons: full parking late at night, and one bedroom has no TV

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Breathtaking 360 views. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a upscale place for a group of 6-10.

The property looked as advertised, but the overall experience was disappointing. We arrived to a restroom with a strong odor due to maintenance we were not informed about, making that room unusable the first night and disrupting our sleeping arrangements. Communication was poor and confusing between the Airbnb host, hotel, and staff—responses were delayed or never received, and requests like towels were never fulfilled. Cleanliness after repairs was also lacking, and another restroom had flushing issues. Thankfully, I had booked a second unit directly with Arihini for family, which had much better communication and service. Overall, the lack of coordination and attention to detail took away from what should have been a meaningful stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Everything we needed was provided, and the space felt very welcoming and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The location was perfect and made it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. You can tell the host truly cares about their guests and maintaining a high-quality space. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for such a great experience!

Great property with amazing views. Well appointed kitchen with many utensils to utilize. Half bath comes is handle on 1st floor. lighting on all vanities in full baths need improvement along with water pressure in all showers. lock safe(s) would help ease the mind of belongings. all the smart tvs were great during down time in penthouse. a/c units worked well. would return for sure!

It was a great place. Close to best beach. Very clean place. And we just love the comfy beds 😍. Beautiful view.
