An excellent place to spend time as a family, with wonderful views and close to the beaches!

Beautiful ocean view, new house, and it matches the photos—very nice. The only thing is that you need a 4x4 vehicle to get there, as the street is steep. The nearest beach is 15 minutes away from the house.

We spent 7 nights at Amber's villa, as a group of two families of four. Our stay was just perfect and wonderful. The hosts were very responsive to all our questions to prepare for the stay and, once there, Mo was always available to help us if we needed anything. The villa is beautiful, a true oasis of tranquility surrounded by toucans and parrots. The location is ideal: we were able to do several activities in the surrounding area, all about 1.5 hours maximum from the villa. The evening with Chef Chino will remain a memorable moment of our trip. The beds are very comfortable and the layout of the rooms is perfect for two families. The house is extremely well-equipped — nothing is missing. The heated pool is absolutely sublime. We will keep wonderful memories of our trip to Costa Rica and recommend this villa without hesitation.

we had a fantastic experience staying at hilltop villa… the pictures of the view do not do it justice! it’s beautiful! we loved the outdoor pool, patio & dining space, the option to open doors & windows for main area to be open air or air conditioning with the bedrooms having air. the house was clean & clutter free, kitchen was well stocked with all essential for cooking. amber & moises were available & helpful with all things & had great recommendations for paid excursions & free activities as well! such a beautiful home & surroundings to relax & enjoy nature, especially mornings on the upstairs balcony to watch the toucans, red macaws & even green ones! we had a lovely stay & recommend it for sure!

The views and the place are breathtaking. Great location for a peaceful break from the everyday. Definitely have the chance to see birds, toucans specifically, and as the hosts noted you’ll need 4wd/awd to get to these spectacular views. Very accommodating hosts with everything we needed for our trip provided. If you visit the Uvita waterfalls park at the first location with the butterfly garden. Same price as other entrance and much smoother walk to pools. House is very modern and neighbors are friendly. Mo the co-hosts great

We had an amazing stay at the Hilltop Villa. The views were spectacular and the infinity pool was perfection. The homeowners and the property manager, Mo, were incredibly helpful and made everything easy. We loved our excursions— especially the zip lining tour, the café Don Emilio coffee tour, and having private Chef Chino cook an unforgettable meal for us. Highly recommend this Villa for a relaxing and memorable Costa Rica getaway!

Excellent accommodation, the beds are very comfortable, the pool is exceptional and the kitchen is very comfortable with excellent appliances. 100% recommended and Moises was very kind and was always attentive to any questions we had.

Our group loved this house ! How spacious , private and peaceful . We will definitely be back ! The pool , tge outdoors BBQ were a big hit for us ! The road to get to the house is not that bad as long as you drive a comfortable large SUV . 4WD was not needed as we thought. The host was amazing and always making sure we were assured!

Amazing property at the top of a hill. The views are incredible, you can see all the way to the ocean without another building in sight! The road is up is pretty steep, so be prepared. But that also means it's very private up there.

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful and the bird sightings were amazing. Moises, Abe and Amber were super responsive and helpful. The space was perfect for our party of 8. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone thinking of coming to this area.

The house is a 5 star listing and we would recommend it to anyone in the area. Everything is above what is listed and Moises was helpful in anything that we had questions on. Hope to make it back again.
