We can't say enough about the location and the hospitality of Daniella and her co-host, Jose. The condo was as pictured and described, and could not have been more conveniently located. I cannot say enough about how helpful and communicative Jose was. The condo was quiet and very private. The only issue we had was a layer of dust on all surfaces on arrival (it may have been a cleaning issue or an AC filter issue, but there was some local construction, also, which may have added to it). We could have used a few additional cooking bowls, but otherwise the kitchen had all the basic pots, pans, and utensils. There was very little in the way of spices or condiments, and we coudn't find the dishwasher or laundry detergent, but that wasn't a big deal. We just visited the grocery store in the Mall, and bought what we needed. We could certainly stay again.

We love staying at the condos in Paraiso Mall, and Daniella's was no exception. We used our time there well - cooking breakfast, taking in the sun on the rooftop patio, enjoying the hot tub at the end of our days, and even sitting back and watching some Netflix. Just about everything you want is close by - groceries, restaurants, shopping, beach, marina, activities...all within ealkimg distance. The elevators were not working anywhere on the property, which made getting around a bit more challenging, but there always seemed to be staff around to show us how to find stairs, or the route to the marina. José was on hand to help with any issues as well.

I've stayed here 3 times. It is well located, the place is in good shape and it is easy to check in and out. The private hot tub on the roof is really a special amenity. Will stay here again.

Having had the privilege to stay in many Airbnbs, I can confidently say this was the WORST experience I have ever had. The condo is NOT stand-alone and is strict about their extra guest policy to an absurd point. We were harassed and threatened on a daily basis by the complex's 24-hour security guards, even though they knew that we were registered guests of the property. At times, the guards held us even after running our IDs, refusing to let us go to our condo for upwards of 15 minutes. Once, a guard even pulled out a large flashlight to use as a baton in an attempt to scare my registered friend and prevent him from entering. While the property manager was very kind, the host was entirely unresponsive and extremely disrespectful to us when we voiced concerns. If you are under the age of 30, DO NOT consider staying in this property—they will disrespect you and ruin your experience. If you are older or with a family, you will likely not have these issues.

We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. Our goal is always to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable stay for all our guests. Regarding the security concerns: the condo complex has strict policies in place to protect residents and guests alike. The security team was simply doing their job by ensuring that only registered guests were allowed entry. Unfortunately, there were repeated attempts to bring in unregistered guests, as well as attempts to bypass or bribe security, which made the situation more difficult. We take accusations very seriously, but thankfully, all public areas are monitored by security cameras, and these can be reviewed if needed to clarify any incidents—such as the claim about the flashlight. As for communication: Jose, who I introduced as the property manager and my direct colleague, was the main point of contact and was available throughout your stay. He handled your arrival personally and responded to all messages. We have records of all communication showing he was responsive and doing his best to assist you. We appreciate your feedback, even if it was a difficult situation, and we’ll continue working to improve the experience for all future guests

Really enjoyed the stay here. Host was super helpful in booking transportation and fun things to do. Would stay here again if ever back in Cabo. hot tub and rooftop porch was a really nice way to end each day. Bonus there is a grocery store very close in the mall you are staying on top of.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect and it’s easy to walk to everything. The room was exactly as described, we enjoyed the hot tub and laying out on the rooftop. There is security on site and the staff were very friendly. So amazing it’s right above the grocery store and mall. Nothing to do with our host…The only downside was the neighbor was remodeling their bathroom and kept running what I assume was a tile saw late into the evening. The walls are definitely not sound proof. Other than that it was prefect!

It’s not The hosts fault but after a few days the unit did not seem it was properly maintenance to hold somebody more than a few days . The AC broke and only worked in 1 bedroom. The Spa filter was not working , my wife and I got minor skin irritations after 1 night. The WiFi was not working well, The towels /bedding inside the unit had to be washed before we slept on it , it smelled like someone slept in it just before. The washer got stuck on 1 setting and continued to flow water out the washer , we had to mop and clean it up with towels then rewash/ dry the towels to use. there was a small wire from the living room ceiling lights that was burning when the lights were on and was filling the unit with smoke, my wife and I aired it out and when it slowed down, we advised the security staff of the issue.The amount of money that I paid for this unit was not worth all the trouble we had to go through on our stay. needs better maintenance, great place/but unfortunate this happened to us.

The location was perfect for us. Jose is a excellent person. The condo is great and very comfortable. Definitely stay there again when we go back, thank you for everything. A+++++++

My favorite airbnb in Cabo so far! Great location, friendly staff, very secure building and really convenient in terms of being above the mall. The amenities were top-tier, especially the private rooftop jacuzzi with great views. Would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay! The unit is exactly as described. It is very clean, safe, and walking distance to all the other surrounding hotels/resorts! The security is helpful and the surrounding neighbors are quiet. Jose was extremely helpful with check in and with making sure the internet was working properly. He also did a nice private pickup for an additional cost which was helpful. What I really enjoyed most about this location was the great air conditioning, comfortable beds, bedrooms/bathrooms on opposite sides and a crystal clean jacuzzi. Will definitely be back to stay when in San Cabo. 5 stars all around!
