We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. Our goal is always to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable stay for all our guests.<br/>Regarding the security concerns: the condo complex has strict policies in place to protect residents and guests alike. The security team was simply doing their job by ensuring that only registered guests were allowed entry. Unfortunately, there were repeated attempts to bring in unregistered guests, as well as attempts to bypass or bribe security, which made the situation more difficult. We take accusations very seriously, but thankfully, all public areas are monitored by security cameras, and these can be reviewed if needed to clarify any incidents—such as the claim about the flashlight.<br/>As for communication: Jose, who I introduced as the property manager and my direct colleague, was the main point of contact and was available throughout your stay. He handled your arrival personally and responded to all messages. We have records of all communication showing he was responsive and doing his best to assist you.<br/>We appreciate your feedback, even if it was a difficult situation, and we’ll continue working to improve the experience for all future guests
