Hellen helped us solve housing issues, the only thing was the person who left the car in the way and we had to walk a lot with things in the rain

The location of the place is very good, paved street until you arrive. The cabin is small but very comfortable and clean. The host is always attentive and communicative. As points to improve the bed and some extra implements in the kitchen and furniture, but the basics have it. If the front cabin is rented there is little privacy. The coveted cabin, very safe, surrounded by nature. We had a good time.

This place was alright. The cabin itself was cute but there were a few things that didn’t work out so well. For one, there was no air conditioning unit and that made the cabin very cold during the night time since it’s up in the mountains. The fridge was also way too cold and froze our milk that we were going to use for the morning in our breakfast. Finally, there were no screens in the windows, which made it easy for bugs and spiders to get inside. Cute cabin though, with lots of natural light!

We only stayed for one night before our flight out of San Jose. It is very close to Poas volcano and some amazing views of the city skyline. The sunset was beautiful. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would have loved to stay longer and explore the area further!
