had a serene stay in tulum here! the villa is beautiful + truly was a dream - would love to come back! <3 Sofia was super communicative + helpful throughout our stay, in addition to the drivers who transported us from/to Cancun (very accommodating + we’re so appreciative!) also, thank you for the mid-stay cleaning as well! a few notes if you’re visiting: - location is quiet, private + secure (10min walk to nearby stores) - recommend hiring a driver or booking a car/bike if visiting - mosquitoes are NO JOKE - 100% understand this is the environment + were fully aware ahead of time, but STOCK UP on repellent if visiting! :) - several kitchen appliances have lots of wear + tear, could use replacements for future guests! ***main chef knife had a broken tip/recommend replacing ASAP! - recommend main sofa in living room to be secured (if seated, you slide off) - lighting is pretty dim/a few switches were broken

Sofias place was just like the pictures. Clean and beautiful. The place felt very safe and is in a good area. Sofia also responded very quickly and was on top of everything. The concierge was also very helpful and made planning the trip super easy. We didnt have to worry about finding services or if they would be trustworthhy. She just took care of it. Id definitely recommend to stay here.

The villa itself is very nice and well designed, and overall we had a good stay. However, there were a couple of important issues that affected our experience. The biggest disappointment was the lack of sunlight inside the house and especially in the pool area. The listing photos show beautiful sunlight throughout the day, but this was not the case during our stay. Because there was no direct sunlight, the pool water stayed very cold and we weren’t able to use it at all. It seems the photos were taken when the surrounding trees were much smaller, which creates a different expectation than the current reality. Another issue was the cleaning service. Daily complimentary cleaning was confirmed, but the cleaning team did not show up for two days during our stay. Even when they did come, the quality did not meet expectations. Other than these points, everything else was good and the staff was generally responsive.

This place is very comfortable and spacious! Looks a lot like the photos and easy to get around. Sofia and her team are great hosts and easy to host for larger groups.

We were a group of 7 girls there for my Bach. The first Airbnb we stayed in the 1st night had so many things come up and we decided to change to this BNB. I messaged Sophia after booking with her, requesting if we can have check in as early as 8am because we had a tour scheduled for that day at 9 and she was able to accommodate it so we were able to move our stuff plus the groceries that wouldve gone bad if she wasn't so helpful. The first place we stayed at had 2 broken locks found a dead worm in a bathroom found a scorpion in my bathroom, etc .... but THIS place was super clean. We didn't find a single bug. The pool was very nice. We literally used the pool all 3 days we were there. When I decide to come back I will be booking this place again. This place was literally a Mini Hidden Paradise in the Jungle.

We had a fantastic stay! The house is beautiful, private, and full of character. Our son absolutely loved it, and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool and soaking in the peaceful surroundings. A wonderful spot for a family getaway!
