Very nice place with direct access to the lake and from there, beautiful views of the volcano. Federico is an extremely accommodating host, and I would go back to his place any time.

Paul Federico was very friendly and upbeat. Helped us with everything on the island and even with our next stay in Garanada. He even gifted us a watermelon:) The casita was very clean and there is everything you need and there is even an impeccable food delivery which brings you good food right to your door if you don't feel like cooking. The location is very peacful and on the beach you have a beautiful view of the volcano and the sunset.

We had a great stay. The accommodation is located on the shore, quiet, has jungle vibes and incredibly great sunsets. It was very clean and everything for everyday needs was available. The location was convenient, as there are many attractions nearby. The great communication with Frederico and Birte should be highlighted. They provided us with all the important information, recommendations and helpful suggestions in advance. We recommend the place and would be happy to come back :-)

Super well organized home and host! Got a PDF up front with everything we needed to know. Including good recommendations of nearby restaurants, clear instructions of getting to the airbnb and more! This place was exactly what I signed up for. I love tiny homes, and this one matched the description perfectly. It was super clean, which I really appreciated. I found it a little difficult to locate at first, but the hosts were super responsive. The location and view were amazing. Unfortunately, I became extremely ill the day I checked in and ended up spending most of my time in bed. We also had to leave a day early unexpectedly, so I didn’t get the chance to fully enjoy the beach. Even so, it was exactly what I needed. It was a little warm inside during the day without A/C, but I found the nights very comfortable and peaceful. The beds and pillows were a bit too firm for my back, but other than that, I absolutely loved this place.

I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful place! The location is magical, gorgeous volcano views of the sunset and great beach by the lake, surrounded by lush vegetation, flowers and fruit trees. We loved swimming in the lake, bird watching, and stargazing while enjoying the breeze on the rooftop terrace. The casita has everything you need and is very cozy and clean. Federico is an outstanding host that felt like a friend. He provided many great recommendations and helped arrange our scooter rental and taxi trips which made our stay smooth and easy. We loved being close to Mango beach and small markets. Staying on Ometepe is a unique experience we highly recommend and this place is much more than a place to sleep, it’s an opportunity to fully get on the island’s beat and soak in the lifestyle.

Paul and Birte are amazing hosts! They are super friendly and helpful, very lovely couple. The Casitas are super cute and comfortable and equipped with everything you need , and there’s a very nice beach for sunset on the property! Would definitely stay here again !

The pictures don’t do the place of Birte and Frederico justice, it’s even more beautiful in real-life! The house itself was super clean and nicely designed. But the location and view were out of this world, i would dare to say it’s the best view on Concepción of the whole island. Birte and Frederico are great hosts, always ready to help out and give advice on things to do. Birte was a great communicator, even before arriving and she welcomed us with fresh mangoes. Do not hesitate to book this accomodation, you will not be dissapointed.

Birte and Paul’s accommodation was absolutely amazing. Although the drive from the ferry station to the property is a bit longer, every single minute is worth it. Birte already sent us very well-structured and extremely helpful information about the journey as well as our stay on Ometepe, which made everything much easier. The hosts are incredibly friendly, the place was spotless, and the view was a solid 10/10. We left as very happy guests. We can highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area.
