Great place!

Great condo, in excellent location. Exactly as shown in photos. Irene was a responsive host. This condo is located close to the front gate. It was very clean and well stocked. Very beautiful, well maintained gardens and clean, beautiful pools. Very safe gated property with armed security guards patrolling the grounds. Loved the huge balcony overlooking the quiet pool. Very close walk to other pools and nice canteen to order drinks and food. Easy walk into town or a short uber ride. Two groceries stores and small shops close by. Would stay on this property again in a heartbeat!

The place was as advertised, but maybe even better

We stayed for 6 weeks and really enjoyed the apartment and the complex. The pools were amazing, everything was clean and tidy. The staff worked hard to keep the grounds and pools maintained. The apartment was well equipped and we had everything we needed for the kitchen, which was wonderful because we prepared the majority of our own meals. We walked most places in town, but I recommend getting a golf cart or car if you want to travel outside of the town. Irene was very responsive throughout the whole time and happily answered the many questions we had before our travel, as well as while we were there. The balcony was great and we ate many meal sitting on. We really enjoyed watching the birds, and feeding them. The only downside to the trip were the prices. If you are traveling from Canada be prepared to spend a lot on food, even if you cook for yourself.

The unit was on the 2nd floor overlooking one of the 4 swimming pools and exceeded our expectations. It was immaculate, large, and well stocked with towels, toiletries, kitchen tops and appliances including a drip coffee maker. The porch was impressive. All the other great reviews were true.

What a wonderful place. My husband and I had a great time at this amazing Airbnb centrally located in CoCo. Irene gave us several restaurants recommendations which we loved. The condo was quiet, comfortable and clean. We loved the Beach club and went 3 times. It was exactly was what we needed to rest and relax. Pura Vida

Irene’s place is beautiful. It has everything you need and more. We were spoiled.

We enjoyed 15 days at Irene’s condo in Pacifico which was a perfect place for the two of us. We do a fair amount of traveling and a great host like Irene, who is extremely responsive, can make a difference between a good stay and a great stay. I loved the special touches like candles, soaps, plush towels, a cooler for beach trips and more. Comfortable furniture in the living room and on the deck and a heavenly bed with wonderful linens and bedding. We easily cooked a number of meals in the kitchen and had delicious dinners out in Coco restaurants. Swimming pools are in abundance just a a couple minutes walk from the condo. Security is a priority at Pacifico and everyone is very friendly. The Pacifico Beach Club was a great perk and shuttle services are provided. Coco Beach is a 15-20 minute walk away with many beachfront restaurants. I would highly recommend a stay here. Enjoy!

Irene’s place is simply lovely! Perfect location, walkable to everything including shops, restaurants and supermarket. The apartment is tastefully decorated with all the details one would need to enjoy a vacation away. We loved the very private pool in front of the apartment and had 3 more to choose from! Irene was wonderful and responsive. We will definitely be back.

Irene’s place is a delightful condo right in the middle of everything you could ask for. Pool front, walk to to town and beach in minutes. The place is tastefully decorated and has all the necessary amenities. Beautiful! We’ll be back!

The stay at Irene's place at Pacifico was perfect. It's a great location a d the pools are fa tastic and relaxing. The pool bar and restaurant were a highlight. it's very close to nightlife and restaurants in Coco and a short rode to Ocotal Beach. I highly recommend renting a golf cart for your stay. it's all you need.

Irene and her daughter Maria will do everything they can to make your stay here a great one. Highly recommend!
