We had a great 4 week stay! Everything was as stated and Phil and Gina were wonderful to work with. The condo was clean, well equipped and in a great location. Every morning included coffee on the patio watching the sun rise over the Sea of Cortez. Engrossed ourselves in Los Cabos and enjoyed it all . Much of it recommended by Phil and Gina. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our visit to Phil and Gina’s place. It was perfect for us we love that area, the beach is so beautiful and expansive. Great sunrise views from the patio or walk down to the water for some cool shots. Close to beach restaurants and an easy uber to downtown SanJose del Cabo. Loved it!

We enjoyed your place very much! The apartment is on the end so you have no neighbors and it’s right on the beach which is beautiful exactly what we’re looking for.

We had an amazing time at Mykonos. Such a lovely property and comfortable space that had everything we needed for our stay. Super friendly guests and residents as well that we enjoyed meeting around the pool. We will definitely be back!

The condo was lovely! We loved being on the ground floor and being able to walk out to the pool and beach so easily. The complex is lovely with multiple pools and hot tubs - they were never too crowded plenty of lounge chairs avaialble. We felt very secure with the security guards monitoring the property, especially being on the ground floor. The second bedroom is right next to multiple air conditioning units, which were a bit loud. Check-in was easy with a local host who met us at the house with chips, salsa, and beer to welcome us. We loved watching the whales in the ocean right in front of the condo! A lovely stay and we would recommend it!

BEAUTIFUL. An amazing spot that we plan to book again. If you have a rental car this is an amazing spot, easy to San Jose and to Cabo. Loved.
